Incredible experience!

Everything was being well explained. The simulation feels incredibly real and it was so much fun seeing how the airplane reacts to your input on the yoke. Really awesome experience!

Don't buy the "voucher", they won't refund when the service is cancelled

I bought the "voucher" for flight sim. The service was provided by 3rd party. Unfortunately, the simulator was broken when I arrived to the place at agreed time. The service provider said I will get refund as I explained I won't be able to schedule new time because I was just visiting The Netherlands and was leaving the next day. Then the Vliegles.nl contacted me and offered to book another time. When I explained the situation, they didn't care and referred to terms of contract, about no refunds. BTW, they refer to some Dutch laws which is questionable because it is a voucher not a ticket. Fortunately, I bought it few days earlier, had to exercise the EU 14 days withdrawal right to get my money back. Then they reconsidered and made an "exception for me" and agreed to return the money.
Just buy the service from the actual provider directly to avoid such experience. There's no benefit of taking the risk of buying the "voucher", they just use it to lock you in.

The withdrawal rights stop as soon as you make an appointment and redeem the voucher. Therefore acknowledging you want to use the service.

We agree something went wrong with the simulator and have apologized for that. You had a refund. But apparently that's not enough for you.

I'm sorry for that.

Avoid

They are not in the business of providing flight experiences. They are in the business of collecting your money and don't care about your experience at all. Customers are in the last place, the most important thing for them is to get and keep your money. Very disappointing.

Dear Jan, you bought a voucher with a validity of 2 years to make a flight with us. Your first flight was canceled due to weather. This is always possible and not a reason to take back the voucher. You can plan a new flight on another day during the term of the validity.

The flight was well organized

The flight was well organized, the service was perfect, the pilot was experienced. Unfortunately, my individual impressions were slightly less perfect. It wasn't fun for me, the experience gained in the air convinced me to stay on the ground.

Great experience with the Blackshapee

I have learnt very quickly the main flight maneuvres. The instructor was very clear and expert and made me feel confident. I enojoied very much also the special maneuvres that he showed me, such as the sharp turn and the roll.

An experience for both pilot training and leisure

This was an excellent experience. The pilot guiding my son through the simulation was very professional, his experience and knowledge very clearly coming across during the flight. My son often has problems with relaxing and communicating with new people but the trainers manner put him at ease so he could enjoy the lesson. I would recommended the simulator experience to both anyone training as a pilot for real and for those just wanting to 'give it a go'

Flying lesson with 2 passengers

Really excellent experience with a nice instructor and with good ground facilities. It was an interesting single flight lesson for a 15 year-old birthday, with 2 passengers also allowed on board. We had some cross wind and a bit of air traffic to negotiate, which made it an even more exciting experience. Recommended! :)
