I have paid my package in vizag vlcc, the service there is highly disappointing and ridiculously cheap mindset staff, while making us take package they use very convincing and most convenient words but while during treatments they are very stingy, like they r doing treatments for charity or for free, i have taken the package of have 7 sessions per week, for 60k, while availing that offer and letting us pay for it they used these sentences that i can come 7 times a week, but now when i come once or twice a week they have become very tight wad and cheapstake, as if they r doing for free and the treatments i chose during paying was for 45mins and now they r miserably saying they will only give the one which is half the duration of my chosen treatment, highly disappointed, this was being repeated all thetime, i have stayed patient for a very very long time noe, and just done now

I am Shobhana. Visited VLCC, Mulund for skin treatment. Dr. Pratibha did my session(Derma facial). She was very polite and professional and explained the treatment process clearly. The service was excellent and clinic maintained very good hygiene. I am satisfied with the results and would definately recommend VLCC to anyone looking for quality skincare services. I thanks to VLCC and Dr. Pratibha mam for such a great service 👍

Absolutely fraud 1st they call their clinic or Shop then they play with their fraud plan they are very sharp for their plans to make public loots.

Today I visited to sarjapur road brach for makeover package, clinic was highly professional from the front office staff to till beautician and hair stylist everyone did the greatest job. Tnx to Ms. Muskan & Mamtha..💐

Think twice before even choosing VLCC — they are absolutely jhola chaap in their approach.
After undergoing CoolSculpting at VLCC, I developed severe rashes and skin irritation, which caused me physical pain, mental stress, and financial loss.

I immediately raised a complaint and shared all details, but till date no action has been taken. There has been zero accountability, no medical support, and no compensation despite repeated follow-ups.

For a brand that claims to be in health and wellness, this level of negligence is shocking. Once the payment is done, customer safety and complaints are completely ignored.

I strongly advise everyone to think twice before choosing VLCC, especially for advanced treatments like CoolSculpting.

had haircut last Sunday that on 18-01-2026. I went there 1:15 pm with pre-appointment for 2 adults(1 male and 1 female) and 1 kid after entering VLCC rohtak omprakash was busy with some other client and ask me to wait for 15 mins we were waiting there and he asked my brother for head wash I asked him to do my haircut first then kid because we came from chandigarh for day only but I was made to sit on wash chair with wet hair for 40 min as he said he apply spa cream because my hair was dry and in meanwhile he did my brother haircut, for such a long wait with chemical on my hairs made my hair tangled and also made my neck painfull. After this much haircut was not done by omprakesh there manager asked neha to do haircut which is not even hair expert, I was unknown to the fact that neha is not hair expert as I live in chandigarh ..... I asked her for soft layers she said Okk but after the cut I asked for back mirror my hair cut was horrible when asked by omprakash she said she had done feather cut saying both are same.....WORST EXPERIENCE AS IT WAS A FIRST AND LAST VISIT. UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR !!!!

Poor service for Admin in DMCC, 2x they called me for appointment, but when i arrived the doctor is not available!!
So disappointing for a paying client!

The message thurapy was perfect and i felt more enragy my blood cerculation became better and im continously on it even the shape of my body became nicer and firmmer. Thank you for vlcc team all profitional and friendly.

Horrible experience and pathetic service
When I went for facial,they motivated me for chemical peeling . Inspite of me asking VLCC staff to do a skin test to check for any allergy,they performed chemical peeling on my face without any prior skin test . And the chemical peel procedure had totally burned my face. When I contacted them again ,they kept giving me false assurances that the burnt pigmentation will go off but it didn’t happen even after three weeks . Now I’m left with permanent scars on my face and undergoing treatment under a specialist dermatologist on my own

I am writing of my recent experience at VLCC Al Qusais branch regarding a Hydrafacial package of 5 sessions (AED 1050 + VAT) that I deeply regret purchasing.
During my consultation, when I checked if hydrafacial could be done on my face, I was told yes that Hydrafacial would be suitable for my skin. Based on that assurance, I agreed to pay for the package in good faith. However, on the day of my session (which I had already booked in advance for two slots along with my friend), the experience was unprofessional. We were told there was no appointment, even though both slots had been confirmed last week. One staff member finally took my friend in, while I was later told by another technician that my session was not for Hydrafacial, but for an acne treatment — something I never booked or agreed to. When I insisted I had booked a Hydrafacial, I was told that suction cannot be done due to my active acne, and if I still wanted Hydrafacial, they would skip the suction — which makes absolutely no sense, because suction is the key part of the Hydrafacial procedure. The "session" I received was nothing more than cleansing, steam, and a face pack. This is not what I paid for.
What made it worse was that my friend, who used a session from my package on the same day, received the full Hydrafacial with all proper steps, including suction. If your staff knew I wouldn’t be receiving the same treatment, they should have informed me at the time of consultation. Why wasn’t I informed during consultation that my sessions would be completely different? If I knew this, I would’ve never paid for this at all. I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. They let me pay full price for a treatment they knew they wouldn’t fully perform, and then just casually told me on the day of the session that it’s not suitable? That’s not just careless — it’s manipulative.
This is misleading and completely unprofessional. I feel cheated and disappointed with the experience. I agreed to exchange 2 sessions for meso+dermapen, but later after doing some research on my own I found that’s also not ideal for active acne. I trusted VLCC as a brand, but this experience has seriously damaged that trust. After raising a complaint, I was offered two sessions of a pumpkin facial. I used one session only to avoid wasting my money, but it was again extremely disappointing. I was charged AED 400 per session, even though the same treatment is available at much lower prices with better service at other clinics. At this point, it is hard to call this anything other than misleading.
When I informed them that I do not wish to continue with this facial as it is not worth the price, and requested to use the remaining balance to purchase products instead, I received no response.
I have never had such a poor and unprofessional experience before. I will never choose VLCC again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. The service was extremely disappointing, and while they claim to be professionals, no trained professional would typically recommend such a misleading treatment, which raises concerns about the level of expertise involved.

**Be careful with VLCC, especially for facial treatments. They may say things to convince you and make you pay, as all they are doing is sales. So make sure you know exactly what you are getting.**

I am having the worst experience of my life. Spent over 1.5lakh for multiple sessions and treatments, never availed those sessions so asking for a refund and cancellation and they straight up denied it and been withholding my money.

Ms. Nidhi from Customer Service team literally harassed us on call, these people only care about the money and nothing else. Please DO NOT GET ANY SERVICES FROM THEM!

I am seriously disappointed with the slimming head department with mehvish Akhtar vlcc lajpat nagar she is such a blunder she does packages god can only save us from the level of blunder she does first of all she doesn't give us the bill properly whatever we take the packages only almost half of the bill or quarter of the payment is shown and whatever packages we take she changes deals that we have not given you such sessions only this much was on your package and she never writes what all we take after our first package and later on we tell that women to write she shows us something else therapist are wonderful evrything is good but only is about slimming head mehvish Akhtar she is total blunder please if you go to this centre make sure to contact with her wisely

I have taken your vfit treatment packages from mira road branch, the results have been highly disappointing. All fake promises done with no result, also once i speak to your manager they give an excuse that second package was taken by me on my own choice and they didnt ask me to take second package.

I have paid 75000 and taken 6 vfit treatments till now , no results .
Initially they guaranteed me with inch loss and 400-600 gms weight reduction in each session and said we will show you with bmi comparison in a month.
When the bmi comparison is done after 3 months it shows no improvement.

On raising the complaint they are not ready to accept the failure and blame me for paying up second instalment.
Also there was a long break as their machine was not working , so many follow ups i did very pathetic customer service.

Is this the quality of service with such high fees we expect ?
I expect either a refund or a service which can show me visible guaranteed results so that again after 2 months i dont stand with 0 results.
The manager out there lacks senses to understand the pain of the customer and has no manners to speak.
Looking for an urgent reply on my concern, if i dont get any then unforyunately next step would be social media and consumer court.

This is a huge scam. I was promised miracles against stretch marks, even though I knew it was complicated. Miss Pounam pushes you to buy more and refuses to refund anything. I feel completely robbed. I'm not going to let this go and I intend to file a complaint.

Amazing experience, I have been coming to the Al Waha branch for than five years now, I’m taking multiple treatments here. Including laser sessions with Prema who is absolutely considerate, quick yet thorough and very accommodating with the experience. The experience has been smooth, truthful, economical for sure, and the keep updating themselves with the latest treatments and therapies for beauty and wellness, which is why it’s beneficial to go here. Five stars all the way.!!

I enrolled for full body laser hair removal treatment paying a huge amount for 7 sessions. During that time i was told that this package was enough for removal of 90% body hair, which clearly wasn’t the result after the completing the session.

On confronting vlcc and manager Jasir, he asked me to take extra sessions by paying more under the context of maintenance for which he said it’s mandatory for all l, which btw was never mentioned at the start of these sessions or while enrolling for the package.

The overall result even after the second package was much lesser than 50%, without a single hair gone from face and hands. Their technician also mentioned to me couple of times that their machines which are universal in all centers don’t work effectively as compared to other brands. Also, I do not have very hard or thin, just medium type of hair and still it didn’t work. They gave me few complimentary sessions which were done half heartedly and later they stopped responding for appointments.

Throughout this time they kept calling me for trying different treatments but I mentioned that if one is successful I will choose to go for another.

Trusting such a big brand like vlcc and managers like Jasir is a strict no. I ended up paying so much without any significant results.

recently i have been taking services at vlcc , c ring .. therapist vandana is co - operative n i am happy to have her in assisting me .

Ellen therapy and massage was very nice and relaxing. She was extremely skilled in her techniques and professional.

my wife went for Slimming in Sharjah Branch ,, She paid 5000 .. after some appoints .. she had some medical issues.. she inform the VLCC team that Dr. advised to stop Slimming until she take medication .. after when she feel better and medicine completed.. she wen to VLCC Sharjah to resume Slimming .. she surprised that Sharjah VLCC Team told her that she have to buy any of their another package and after that they will resume her Slimming Package.. i call many time to 800 8522 and 2 different ladies make me fool for one week that our team will call you today evening .. many time same answer that will call update you but 1 month no response
