Reverse light not working

Reverse light not working. Lights are not replaceable. You have to buy the whole assembly over. Not worth it. Spend a Lil more an buy oem with replaceable led. Hard to get in touch with customer service. Do not buy from this company!!!!! You been warned!!!!!!

I did NOT receive my package

I did NOT receive my package, even though it shows as delivered. The seller completely refused to take responsibility and told me to contact the shipping company instead of helping resolve the issue.

This is unacceptable. As a customer, I paid YOU, not the carrier. It is your responsibility to ensure the product is delivered.

Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. I strongly recommend others to avoid buying from this company unless you are willing to risk losing your money.

I will be filing a dispute with my bank and reporting this case publicly.

Headlight failed driver side RHD within…

Headlight failed driver side RHD within 12 months. Condensation was the issue initially and then the daytime running lamp failed due to the condensation. VLAND replaced the first failed unit as this was within 12 months. The replacement unit supplied did not come with a new 12 month warranty according to company policy and therefore when the replacement unit failed 4 months later for the same issue it was not within warranty. Lucky for me though, VLAND offered me a discounted set of front lights, as if I would spent more money on another set knowing that the first two drivers side units had failed 🤣
My advice would be to spend a little more and get an OEM replacement as VLAND lights are not durable or fit for use in damp cold climate.

Starting to feel like a scam

Customer service is terrible, I requested an exchange on a set of headlights i had ordered (oct 2025), after sending back the original set and paying the difference, communication went silent, it took months of emailing before I got a reply, saying I had not sent the lights back, I respond showing proof of the item arriving at their warehouse and being signed for by the company, still they denied receiving them, communication once again went silent even after multiple emails I have yet to get a reply. The more I interact with this company the more it feels like a scam, they took my money and dissapeared. I will be recommending people use a different company.

The worst company!

The worst company!!I ordered tail lights for a Honda Accord. One light fit and the other did not fit. Contacted the business and told them what was wrong. They replied that this is not a quality issue and offered $10 and I said absolutely not! You are not going to give me a $10 refund for lights that cost me $250. They then told me to pay to ship the product back. Don't buy from these people. This business is a SCAM.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

AVOID THIS COMPANY - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I purchased lights for VW Polo but returned them as they did not work with our Polo.
Despite returning them as new no refund has been received after two months of trying.
Paypal also refused to help.

Company warranty service not worth used…

Company warranty service not worth used toilet paper!

Received euro taillights for 2016 mustang. Left taillight failed 10 months later. I confirmed that problem was not associated with harness wiring or voltage issues. Rear taillight was switched with original. No problem with lighting.

Video documented results were sent to Vland with purchase document and date. Repeatedly by phone and email, the company denied being the vendor despite documentation on receipt statement.

Product defects are understandable. You measure the integrity of a company by their accepting responsibility and means to correct issues.
Vland's integrity is in the sewer.

Scam

Scam. I am waiting for the headlights more than a month even it was mentioned that shipping times are 3-5 working days, they are sending fake tracking links, saying that they need to get headlights from China first and that it is being held in customs. They are refusing to return the money. Report was made about this scam shop

One star is being generous.

One star is being generous for this company. Ordered a full set of headlights and taillights for a customer that was leaving for Florida for the winter. These are much more pricey than what I have ordered in the past, but they were willing to try them out, as they appeared to be good quality. Received the taillights after a longer-than-most shipping wait. Then received an email from the company explaining that the headlights were on backorder, no clue as to when they would ever arrive, and suggested that I upgrade at my own cost (over $140) and the headlights they wanted me to "upgrade" to were projector lights, which would preclude me from being able to replace or upgrade the bulbs. I kindly requested an RMA to return the taillights as my customers wanted a matched set from a single manufacturer. VLAND refused, insisting that the taillights would work with other brand headlights, like I didn't know that. I insisted that that was not what my customer wanted. By this time, I had already ordered and installed a new set of lights and sent my customer on to the land of sandy beaches. Instead of relenting and sending an RMA, eating a little shipping loss and possibly retaining a future customer, these folks dug in and argued for an entire month, refusing to send an RMA and insisting that they had fulfilled their obligations of the sale (still hadn't received the headlights). I'm too busy to deal with their crap, so I'm going to eat the return shipping, but I will never deal with this company again. Unless you enjoy not getting what you ordered and crappy customer service, you wouldn't either.

I purchased some headlights and they sent me the wrong product. I sent them over all the information that they asked to be able to return them. It has been over a month since all the information was sent over to them to return and they still have not replied.

Sent me a defective product and would…

Sent me a defective product and would not refund after I sent back at a cost of $152. I am now out just under $500 due to VLand sending a product that is defective. They have their product I have info that was delivered. They are ok if the product is but if you have a problem they will not do the right thing. I myself will not order from VLAND again and suggest that others do not as well.

5 star review - vw polo

I Would highly recommend I myself got the rear blacked out taillights for my vw polo and they looked amazing I went back and ordered the headlights to go with they are both absolutely amazing, good quality and good on price. And any issues with it their customer service is 10/10 and was very helpful. My personal favourite feature about them is the dynamic indicators in my opinion they just look amazing. And overall made my car look so much better.

Damaged

Ordered some tailights an the casing was damaged. Emailed went back an forth an let's just say customer support sucks wouldn't recommend buying from them. I'll have to see how long they last. They are also not plug an play the fitting was not molded to plug in had to make some changes to the fittings. Their mold is not correct for the f150.

BUYERS——BEWARE!! Expensive headlights cheap materials!!

I purchased some led headlights from Vland less than a year ago for my ford 150 and the driver side headlight outer LED light has dimmed down quite noticeably. So bad it’s embarrassing and I’m even considering putting my stock headlights back on. I contacted them directly and have been going back and forth providing them the QR code they requested and some pictures too. And just to be jerked around with the response “let me check with the factory and tell you the response tomorrow”. It’s been days with no response and still no resolution after a month of back and forth. These headlights were not cheap and for a company of this size not to resolve this immediately is frustrating. I’m disappointed that they aren’t standing behind their own product. I will no longer be doing any business with this company. So buyers beware!!

I ordered the wrong tail lights for my…

I ordered the wrong tail lights for my daughter's mini cooper. That was totally my fault, took one look at them and said nope those aren't right. It took 2 days for customer service to give me an address to send them back to. They said my refund would take a couple of days once they got the tracking number. Its been 2 weeks since I sent them back, 1 week since they received the package and the still haven't given me my return, the response I got was his guy needed to test them. They were never installed! They have no customer support phone number and are based out of the country. If you want to risk getting hosed make an order but chances are you'll run into the same issues I am right now. $200 less and nothing to show for it other than agitation and a bunch of emails from China saying wait a few days. If I could give no stars I would.

Bought a set of headlights for my Track…

Bought a set of headlights for my Track hawk with clear indicators and they sent me the set with amber colour indicators which I didn’t buy, and they keep telling me it’s my fault that I bought the wrong ones which I didn’t and I have screenshots to prove it with the order number and they are timestamped, they are obviously not making the set with clear indicatorsany more and they are obviously just trying to get rid of all the sets with amber coloured indicators because they’re not making anymore of the set with clear indicators any more. Do not buy them because you have a big fight on your hands trying to get your money back when you want to return them even if they are in the box and weren’t touched.
