They are defrauding the customers. Wish I would've read some other reviews as I now see it's the same story with everyone. I ordered buy 1 get 1free, received only one item after three weeks, have been emailing them weekly since (a month now) to check on the missing item with the same reply every time "we are waiting for a response from our team". HORRIBLE doesn't begin to describe it. They are clearly out to scam people out of their money.

Not sure if this company is even legitimate. Ordered something back in December and have not received yet. Have been getting the run around through email. This is absolutely ridiculous. I don't even have a valid tracking number to see where my product is. I definitely do not recommend working with these people.

Ordered 2 pictures for christmas during a buy one get one free offer on black friday, assuming that was plenty of time since the website said 4 to 7 days shipping. Didn't receive anything until dec 27 and it was only ONE picture. Emailed and was given a complete runaround. Bought on a whim and didn't look into it until too late I guess, afterwards I saw all the horrible reviews. Also the pictures " quality" once you complete it is about what you'd expect from 1980 video game rendering.

I ordered 4 Diamond Art paintings (as Christmas gifts) within plenty of time to be delivered by Christmas (taking COVID in consideration). I received one before Christmas after several emails back and forth with VisuArts with the box slightly damaged. I kept emailing with them, as I hadn't received the other 3 products. I finally received 2 more diamond art paintings I ordered and to this day still have not received the 4th one. I will NEVER buy anything from VisuArts again....EVER!!!!

I have been waiting for something since early December, have not seen a thing. I don't know what to do now. Other than wait, I would not order a thing from them.

This is a total scam of a company! DO NOT ORDER A THING FROM THEM! You will be highly disappointed!! I have been waiting for a pack of diamonds I was shorted originally for over 3 months now!! All they say are lies and excuses. You get one response per email . Can’t call them and they at one time told me to use a color that was close to what I wasn’t given! Unbelievable!!! I again say THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY AND DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! There are plenty of honest diamond painting companies out there!

Beware!!!!!

My daughter loves the product but the experience has been very disappointing. I ordered two canvases as a Christmas gift at the beginning of December and only received canvas. At this same time I ordered an additional pen and organizing case and still have not received. I have reached out to the company multiple times and have yet to get the problem resolved or refunded for the items that have not been recieved. As much as we have enjoyed the product we will not be ordering from this company ever again.

If I could leave no stars I would. I ordered December 1st assuming that like most reatailers shipping would happen for the holidays. Boy was I wrong. I have emailed several times and I was told to wait. Even when the tracking information didnt't update or move for days. They have made no attempt to make it right whatsoever and as a customer that is truly unacceptable. Currently waiting on a response from email 5 or 6 that I have sent.

I placed this order for my grand-daughter as a xmas gift on 11/22/21 and it is now 12/28/21. Still have not received my order. I also e-mailed at least three times and was told to wait. On the third e-mail the tracking number disappeared. I am very upset about not having this for her. How can I rate something if I never received my order.

I ordered on November 21 and on November 22 I received an email saying it had been shipped. Still don't have it. After 5 emails, I was finally told it was being resent but it would be another 3-5 days to process. Really? So much for Christmas gifts!

I can’t review the giraffe because I still haven’t received it. It’s been 2 months and I’m still waiting for it and the light board I paid for.

I'm on my second picture! Working on Marilyn Monroe as we speak. I have found that doing diamond art helps me mentally as a long time sufferer of mental illness. Recommend for relaxation. I got two more coming!

The Silka deer is incredible. I cannot take a picture because I have no camera or cell phone. I find the artwork very relaxing. When a hectic day comes along I retreat to my artwork. the pictures I have bought are all presents for my loved ones. Thank's so much for having all these wonderful pictures to do Janet McGrandle

Love doing diamond art as its very relaxing and a joy to do and very stress relieving.

I'm really happy with diamond painting. It calms me down and the finished articles make super presents to members of my family. Everybody who has seen them says how beautiful they are.

I am so happy about getting my led light and my pen. It has made doing my diamond art much easier. I have been doing personalized diamond art and giving them as gifts. They're loving it! I plan on doing this for a very long time. Thanks VizuArts!

I love the diamond art pieces I bought. I spend hours relaxing and thinking of nothing when I do the diamond art. Took me a few attempts to understand exactly what I was doing but now am totally addicted to it. It relaxes me and the end results are amazing.

Everything seemed fine until I realized they send me the wrong color for part of the design. I contacted them MONTHS ago. At first they acted like they were going to fix this. I was receiving emails that seemed apologetic until I got the same one again verbatim.Turns out it was just automated. Now I am being ignored and I have been nothing but patient. I’m done. I don’t normally write reviews but this review will take less time then I’ve wasted on this art. Unfortunately this was After I spent 10+ HOURS OF MY TIME on this art that I can never complete. Absolutely COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED and feel taken advantage of. Hopefully this saves someone the trouble of being scammed. IT’S LIKE BUYING A 10,000 PIECE PUZZLE AND FINISHING A LOT OF IT ONLY TO FIND THAT YOU ARE MISSING PIECES AND THE COMPANY WON’T SEND YOU THOSE PIECES. Awful.
