Excellent quality and great service. The ottoman I wanted to go with the Superking frame was made to the size I wanted at a very reasonable price and all made and delivered in two weeks. A great experience, many thanks.

Very quick delivery (4 days) I was pleasantly surprised. The bed quality is good, colour matched the one from eh picture and the samples we ordered. Headboard is solid heavy, one peace of advise - we ordered 2 drawers at the bottom of the bed, for the sake of £50 or so, even if you won't use the drawers order the one with them as the frame is a lot more solid with the drawers.

VizBeds offered excellent customer service from placing order to delivery. Able to contact via email re delivery changes, response received within 24hrs.

Call received 30 minutes before delivery. Drivers also used shoe protectors during transportation of goods to designated area.

Faultless service. After placing the order I received a phonecall from a very lovely helpful person wishing to confirm details and checking my timing. The team then kept me informed and arrived very punctually on agreed delivery date to fix the bed. Not often we receive service like this anymore. The product and price is also very good. My daughter stumbled across the site and it is now the first place I’ll look for anything bed related. Thank you

Very quick delivery and was kept up to date ever step of the process, on the day before delivery I was notified of a time frame for the next day and a phone call on the day to say they had arrived. The bed is very well made and of excellent quality, I’m so happy with it! Will definitely recommend to others and if a new bed is needed in future I won’t hesitate to buy again!

Fantastic range of beds. The customer service is great. Pronged me to make sure the order was correct. Phoned a few days later to confirm delivery and again on the delivery day.
