Having retired on April 11th, I no longer had access to my work emails, meaning that my voucher was not accessible to me. Spoke to my regional office who in turn spoke with Rachael (VivUp) and problem was resolved and I now have my voucher. Having looked through all the options where I can spend it, I have never seen so many choices. Thank you
The aftersales support was very good from Vivup and ther website for the CTW scheme was very user friendly too. I felt the bike shop who sourced the bike really let them down due to the technical issues involved with the product.
Really bad experience.
Tried to have the cinema discount but couldn't as the cinema companies such as Showcase, Odion, Cine .... said that there were no conection (or error in connecting) with VIVUP server.
This is not the first time it happends and at this point, I think VIVUP is giving FALSE DISCOUNT PUBLICITY
I tried to contact VIVUP and the only option was to send amessage to "this machine" that has some options that you can choose but none applied to the problem I had and so, no resolution at all.

I had trouble with a hoover purchased Mark ensured the old hoover was picked up, a new one was sent, and all this happened easily and within the week. Even though I trouble with the actual suppler Mark took over and sorted this out. Thanks again

Had a phone ordered and it’s been delivered and taken by someone else at a another property no idea where and no reply to me regarding this matter so what’s going on?
I had an issue with my cycle order and it had caused confusion at the cycle shop. But CLARE was fantastic and sorted it out immediately. She was a complete star. I feel terrible she actually fixed the issue in November and I forgot to review then!!

I ordered a garden furniture set and the table was not delivered along with the seating.
