Superb products

The subscription website is beyond poorly designed. Very user unfriendly. They send unrequested and unauthorised orders and charge on your credit card. I'm very disappointed.

It tastes good and the signs are looking positive. The only thing is the dropper only fills to the 0.5 level so I fill it twice to get the full 1.00 dose

Omega-3 is definitely one of our more premium products, largely because it's made from pure microalgae oil rather than using cheaper fillers or lower-potency blends. It's not the cheapest route, but it's the one that delivers the best quality.

Shady business practices, declining quality, and ignored emails
I used to be a loyal, high-volume subscription customer, but Vivo Life has gone completely downhill.
First, they downgraded the quality of their ingredients by quietly replacing high-quality hemp protein with cheap brown rice protein.
Second, their subscription system is deliberately designed to take your money and process orders even when items are completely out of stock. Instead of notifying you, they force partial shipments without your consent, expecting you to pay extra shipping later just to get the rest of your order.
To make matters worse, when you call them out on it, customer service lies about the shipping status and then completely ignores your emails.
My household consumes two servings of plant protein a day, and we have permanently canceled all of our subscriptions. Do not waste your money here.

Having reviewed your account, we can see that your order was successfully delivered. We also found that the tracking information available through the local courier did not update as expected, which may have contributed to the confusion around the shipment.
We were also unable to find any instance where additional shipping charges were applied for a separate delivery.
Regarding the protein blend, we've always aimed to be transparent about our ingredients and any product updates. Any changes we make are carefully considered and are never intended to reduce the quality of the product.
