Vivman.com my experience
I placed a order with Vivman.com My experience was not the best . I placed my order on August 24th 2021. I did not receive the order until September 15th 2021. I did speak with someone from the company on September 7th in regards to shipping update. The very next day I was contacted via email. That the order was shipped and given screen shots of the shipment.
In my overall opinion and experience. I was not satisfied with the shipping times. In fairness I did speak with a representative who explained that I was within thier normal processing times and shipping times . Throughout speaking with Vivman representative our exchange was via email and I would only receive a email response next day.
Upon receiving the product the color was not the same as the photo. The image in the photo was more mustard color. The product i received was brighter yellow. The product was marketed as discounted a little greater the 50% off .
The product I received the material was cloth based material. The details was different from the photo. In the picture on Vivman website I zipper shows to be covered with a circlur zipper. The product I received was a exposed standard zipper. On Vivman website the product received 21 reviews with all being very positive 4 stars per thier website. My personal overall opinion based on shipping times, communication with a representative from Vivman.com, product received vs product on website, Price point in comparisons to competitors such as boohoo.com I would give this a overall 2 star
