Hello. I've rented with this company for 1 year. I complained of slamming communal doors to the stIr and garage but no change. After the storm and winds in February and March a lot of damage was done and now in April still waiting for repairs. It seems that this company only want you to pay without any obligation to fix anything. Be careful before renting with this company

Don’t trust this site at all and don’t throw your money in the trash. This site is a scam and fraud .it will take your money and then block you and never return the money or even answer you. don’t waste your time and money there.

Our friends invited us to enjoy a week at their VIVLA home in Formentera.

Not only the house is beautiful and the experience amazing, but the care for detail was what really impressed us from the beginning.

The wine was cooling, groceries had already been organized, and a small welcome pack with fun drinking games to enjoy during our stay. These are the things that make the perfect experience.

A concept where you are the owner but share expenses and they have a concierge service this good is the way to enjoy your holidays.

Can't deny that the VIVLA Life is the way to live.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience buying a home in Baqueira through Vivla. From the start, everything was straightforward and easy to understand. The Vivla team was incredibly helpful, guiding me through every step of the process, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

The home itself is amazing, perfectly located and with all the amenities you could wish for to fully enjoy Baqueira. During the last trip to Baqueira I invited some friends over since we had a wedding there and they were shocked with the quality of the house :)

Watch out! These people are scammers. They never mail you back. Never answer the phone. Do not buy (a share of) a property via them. You will regret it.

I’ve been visiting Formentera for decades. Living at Vivla amazing house at Cala Saona has been the best experience ever. The quiet, private and seamlessly integrated with the Nature property makes this house a Real luxury staying in the island. We are passionate about creating our own experiences and enjoyed sessions of cooking, playing music and several activities. The place provides different environments with endless possibilities. You can feel that you could create your own different staying experience each time. An infinite canvas for infinite joy. Cala Saona, arguably the best Cala in Formentera, is so close that you can feel that you are living near the Paradise Doors.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the enchanting Formentera Vivla house, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. Nestled amidst picturesque countryside and in close proximity to the stunning Cala Saona Beach, this hidden gem provided the perfect setting for a wonderful week in Formentera.

Upon stepping into the house, I was immediately greeted by a warm and cozy ambiance, which clearly showcased the efforts of the Vivla team in creating a welcoming and serene atmosphere.

The house itself was bathed in an abundance of natural light, thanks to its large windows. The living area was spacious and comfortable and the/my bedroom was fantastic, with a luxurious bed.

Also, I have to mention the magnificent outdoor space the house offered, including a magnificent swimming pool. It truly felt like an oasis of serenity, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the natural beauty of Formentera while enjoying the charms of the island. I wholeheartedly recommend both the house and the island itself, as well as the exceptional Vivla team, who proved to be both charming and efficient in attending to our needs. Thank you, Vivla, for a truly memorable stay.

Great location! The house is comfortable, very well equipped and has been tastefully furnished and decorated. Vivla has prepared our stay by paying great attention to detail.

We stayed 4 days in VillaFir, Baqueira. The house is spectacular, in a perfect surrounding, very quiet and ideal for family relaxation and skiing! It is perfect for a family, group of friends... You feel at home very quickly. Everything is ready to enjoy from the first moment you get there.
The Experience Manager made everything very easy for us. Of course, 100% recommendable.

We went to a Vivla’s house in Formentera to spend a few days with some friends and the experience was amazing. The house was beautiful, they took care of everything and thought of every detail so we could feel at home. They even arranged for us a really nice lunch at the house which we really enjoyed. I am a Vivler and I have had the pleasure of enjoying a villa in Fomentera together with my relatives. It has been an absolute new way of enjoying holidays. The villa is perfectly located and has gone through an outstanding. It makes you feel like coming home. The whole experience has lived up to Vivla's proposition, so all I had done is to to be busy relaxing. Having an Guest Experience Manager to help us deal with reservations or queries is something I will miss in may day to day live. Thank you Vivla.

I had a wonderful time with friends at a Vivla house in Formentera. Everything was perfectly ready as we arrived so that we just had to enjoy our stay. The house was simply outstanding in a dream location. All for a fraction of what I would spend/invest in a traditional second residence, giving it the same usage.

I have had the pleasure of sharing the Vivla experience in Formentera, in a very peaceful place. The house is marvellous, very new, with many comforts. I really like the fact that I can afford this house without paying all the expenses on my own.

I have spent a few dream days in a VIVLA house and I am amazed at how respectful of its natural environment it is!! Where you feel inspiring relax, with the smell of olive and fig trees...

I visited VIVLA’s house in Formentera in July and I was impressed…the house itself is spectacular (and it is furnished with an incredible style), but the surroundings, the swimming pool…it is the kind of house that you wish you could have! I envy my friends, very good purchase. I hope to come back soon. Congratulations VIVLA for the good job and congratulatons Maria and Carlos for that amazing house

Love everything so far. Only reason for 4 vs 5 stars is that we still haven’t decided on the final house, but the buying experience it’s the best ever, totally different from the previous ones
