Didn't realize how much I'd use this I've become a big fan of the smart deadbolt. Being able to lock and unlock my front door from my phone is incredibly convenient, especially when my hands are full or I'm taking my dog for a walk and don't want to carry keys. I also like being able to check the lock status remotely. It's one of those smart-home features I didn't realize I'd appreciate as much as I do.
it's been only 1 month and 2 have been isntalled and now its dead and we can't lock freely unless we use the key. continuous manufacture issues.. disappointed and at this point we will cancel VIVINT after being 1 month in smh.
Love it more than I expected
I love it because I can actually set a key code for my mom, my son, my sister, my husband, and myself and my landlords that way I don't have to unlock the door it can stay locked all the time until certain members unlock it with their own code

Easy to use different ways to unlock front door
This door lock does not work well with the app. Often, I have to use my key, which defeats the purpose of having this.
Isn't working right. The side door never locks on it own. The front door wont lock or unlock with out doing through the phone. The passwords are useless
