Tarnished after 3 uses…
Decided to treat myself to a vivienne westwood mini orb bracelet after wanting a piece of jewellery from viv for years. it came in last week and wore it for the first time last thursday (so 4 days ago). I immediately noticed that the clasp (carabiner style) was almost impossible to open, so in the past 4 days i have used it 3 times. Once when trying out and twice when removing the bracelet from my wrist. (Ive been carefully sliding it over my hand to put on since that was easier, couldnt do it myself if i tried to clasp it on my wrist) It is already tarnished on the clasp! It looks like it completely scratched the coating off. I wouldnt have bought it if I knew the quality would be on the same level as a McDonalds happy meal toy. I totally understand why people buy Vivienne Westwood dupes on sites like Aliexpress, those probably have better quality. Never buying from Vivienne Westwood again!

Purchased 2 Vivienne Westwood T shirts from Flannels. Washed as per manufacturer instructions. One is fine but the others logo started to come off on first wash. They said I didn’t wash it as per instructions but I did!! I only asked for an exchange not a refund. Shame as I have purchased over a 100 Vivienne Westwood pieces. Maybe quality has diminished after her sad passing. She will be turning in her grave. RIP Viv but I’ll never purchase from you again. :(
Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Sent a ring back and they said it was showing signs of wear and tear. It’s never been worn as it didn’t fit!! If there’s marks then that’s how it was sent out.
Bas Relief Pearl Choker bad quality
I bought a Bas Relief Pearl Choker and I am extremely disappointed with the quality. The item has been worn on occasions only and its been purchased only a few months ago. The quality is really poor for a necklase as the gemstone fell out soon after the purchase. Got in touch with customer services and they said they will not help us in any way because the item is worn. Bad quality - poor customer services. Stay away from this company and their products!
Jewellery not suitable for skin
My husband purchased me a £140 Vivienne Westwood bracelet for Christmas and within 4 months it started to discolour. I sent photo's and asked for a refund and was told the following:
'We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and offer a guarantee against defects in workmanship. However, this does not apply for all faults or damages caused by wear and tear of the Jewellery.
Regrettably, the issue (tarnishing) with your bracelet is the result the result of normal wear and tear over time, rather than a manufacturing fault.
We would like to take this opportunity to kindly remind you that the bracelet is considered costume jewellery. As such, it requires extra care and may not wear in the same way as sterling silver. The piece is made from brass, so we recommend keeping it dry and avoiding exposure to water including moisture (sweat included), perfumes, and other chemicals to preserve its appearance. The item should be gently wiped with a clean cloth after each use to remove any residue before storing.
We understand that this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and we sincerely apologise for any disappointment this may cause. Regrettably, we are unable to offer further assistance on this occasion' Therefore VW brass costume jewellery is not suitable to be worn on skin that sweats, which is all skin, I do not recommend purchasing.

Spent a lot of money on matching pearl necklaces and bracelet,both of the I bought for my wife’s Xmas present.Both are falling apart and (gold) fading and pearls are falling off.I would strongly advise not to buy anything from this fraudulent company.

I bought my wife a peal necklace and matching bracelet for Xmas.The bracelet broke within 2 weeks and the gold necklace is turning silver.It so bad considering how much I spent on these items,I would never recommend Vivienne Westwood to any one stay well clear.
Mare necklace and chain
I ordered a Mare necklace and chain , didn't take it out of the box.
I few weeks later went to wrap it up for my daughters 30 th and I cried as the chain was blue and discoloured and the whole necklace was in a shocking condition.
Customer services where not very helpful they said I must have got sweat on it or perfume .
They would not exchange it or refund so I'm stuck with £192 necklace that's worthless! So sad and angry never worth the money .
Shoddy item and quality
Really poor customer service, earring broke after wearing twice, completely dismissed this as a manufacturing issue and that someone had clearly forcefully bent it.. no compassion, no care for customers. Avoid this brand !
Faulty and unsafe necklace - luxury price, poor quality
Purchased a Mini Bas Relief Pearl Choker as part of a 18th birthday gift set for my daughter. The necklace arrived faulty and unsafe — the clasp could not be opened or closed and a sharp metal wire was protruding, causing a minor cut. The item was never worn.
For a brand positioned as luxury, this shows serious quality-control failure. The issue was handled via refund only, forcing me to return the item, reorder separately and pay additional shipping, losing both time and money despite the fault being entirely theirs.
Beautiful design, but premium price without premium quality or service. This experience completely undermined my trust in the brand, and I'll likely NOT buy from Vivienne Westwood again.

Would not recommend the jewellery at all. Just purchased an engraved ring that is not at all as it looks on the website, the photo leads you to believe that the engraving is black, it is barely visable and might as well be a plain ring. Over priced and poor quality. Never again

Absolutely appalling experience
Absolutely appalling experience - purchased a card holder for over £110 which was originally priced at £180 back in June and in just three months, the leather material had worn so badly.
I took it into one of their stores in London where I waited 45 minutes to actually get into the store to then initially be told there’s nothing they could do until I pushed back slightly and a manager came out to assist. They took photos of the card holder and then sent it to the manufacturer to review if it’s an faulty product where the manufacturer then deemed it not a fault on their end even though I had taken care of the product and it hadn’t even lasted three months.
The only thing they could offer me was a discount on my next purchase and nothing else.
When I then contacted customer service, to explain I wasn’t happy that this well known brand was willing to accept customers to pay for poor quality products, management did not even take the time to respond to me directly and said the decision was final in that they could not do anything.
I am so disappointed in this brand whose values supposedly are ‘buy less, choose well, make it last’ and yet they don’t seem to live up to nor demonstrate these ‘values’.
I have bought products from much cheaper retailers than this brand that have lasted way longer which is shocking. The fact that a ‘designer’ brand makes such poor quality products and evidently values money over customer satisfaction is absolutely wrong.
Performative brand at its finest. Don’t waste your money. There are so many other brands out there that offer more original and better quality products at a fraction of the price and also better customer service delivery.

If I could log a minus 1 review I would.. Appalling customer service and after a number of purchases over the years I will never make another.
I made an order for the orb bracelet back in June as a prom gift for my son they sent me the necklace which he has, an weak apology was offered and to send the item back at my expense and inconvenience. They offered a 10% discount on my next order which I challenged we settled on 20% but I didn't not have a prom gift for my son. I reordered the orb bracelet on the 4th September for his birthday he has worn this bracelet approx 5/7 times and it's tarnished I got in touch with CS and they have the cheek to tell me iys wear and tear in less than 8 weeks.

Order earrings and top. The top i returned. I then got an email stsyingvthe top was stained and not in condition sent. I challenged as I hadnt even tried the top on, they returned it refusing yo refund me. Once returned it has two tiny white marks, which easily brushed off (deodorant i presume) but they are refusing to accept back or refund. Hideous customer service, im just glad it wasnt a more expense piece. Will never buy from vivienne westwood online store again, this felt like total game play in order to not give refunds.
Terrible scam
Terrible scam. Jewellery starting at 120€ or more being the lowest quality I’ve ever seen made of copper. I wonder if they have no guilt to sell it for this much. Same story with clothing. Wow… what a sh*t! And bags? 700€ for fake poliester leather. Lower you can’t reach.
