Do not order anything from this website. I ordered two jumpers costing £70, and never received anything. They do not answer your emails. It’s a total scam.

Terrible company every contact is blocked or doesn't exist order 2 pairs of trainers never received no contacts please do not use this shop..My bank are looking into it to put them on there scammers list......

This company, and or people, suck, plain and simple! I ordered two vests and a shirt, the shirt had some writing on it that looked like ahhhh, who knows what!! It was supposed to say "Ranching Done Right", instead it said "Ranching Douck Right" as well as the picture that was of who knows what. It was supposed to be of a cowboy on a horse chasing a cow, but instead looked like cowboy riding a cow with neither one of them depicting a cowboy, a horse or a cow. I sent them a picture of the shirt and wording, requesting a replacement shirt and they refused to acknowledge the "deformity" of the shirt wording and the horse looking like a cow. Totally unacceptable, yet they refused to do anything about it. Just said they needed a copy of the shipping label which I totally obliged them with. Terrible customer service, plus I had to continuously request when I was going to get those items, their answer was always, it's been shipped. But in fact and truth, it didn't ship for almost a month later. Nothing they say can you believe, they should be put out of business.

I would give them a "10 Start MINUS" review!!!

Do not order from here. Once they get your money they disappear. Plus you don't get any refund.
You cannot contact them and they will not contact you.

This is 1 star because I can't give fewer. The shirt is at least 2 sizes too small. I ordered 4, but only got 1. The website no longer exists. Emails all bounce back. Tracking says information was sent for shipping other items, but items have not yet been received. There is no packing slip and the form in the bag gives 14 days to return, but no way to do so.

Stole my money. Said the order was shipped and it never came. Website is down an email support does not work. Makes me mad this was a present for my wife for Christmas

Like the other reviews ... I ordered 4 beautiful pullovers for gifts for my wife and family ... Said the order shipped 5 days after ordering but nothing in the last 2 weeks has arrived... I attempted to contact them but all emails were refused and unable to contact the customer service ... Do not ... DO NOT waste your money ... Fraudulent Chinese crap

I ordered shirts in September and they finally arrived in November. They said they were my size but they are too small. Now when I tried to contact them, their email is invalid. Rip off!

Have not received my item, which was a christmas gift for my daughter. no clue how to get my money back

This is the worst! Don't order if you can't afford to throw that much money in the trash and i would suggest doing that rather than giving it to them. I order d a shirt for my niece for Christmas. I was sent an email saying it was shipped and I could track it, when I tried to track it all it said was it was whipped. It has never arrived. I contacted them through the only option they provide which is email. They have ignored me. I am out $35. I have since read many similar complaints and have also read sizes are not true to American sizes-probably a Chinese run company- and the most they have offered anyone when product does not fit or is not as ordered is a $5 credit on the next purchase. I would not have given them a one but it wouldn't let me review with no stars.

Don't even want to give it 1 star but couldn't write review without doing so. RIP OFF, SCAM, however you want to put it. Do not buy from these scammers. They said my package delivered, it did not. Can't even click on the tracking number without receiving an error message. Real scumbags ripping people off.

Horrible I purchase about 3 months ago, the never sent updates on the shipping and when they did it said they delivered it, but its not my adress, its wasnt even delivered in my country awful, this is clearly a scam. What a waste of time and money horrible

I just got screwed by this company as well! I ordered a 5x and they send me a small! They offered me a $5 gift card. I spent over $30 on a shirt I can't wear! On a shirt I can't wear. I hate to waste someone else's time to help me fix this problem but it may be worth it to get this co to do right by people.

Don't do it!
Return policy is a farse. I have met all of their rqirements plus added reqisite photos and now? "Crickets" not a word.

The quality is horrible, the sizing is ridiculous. They will not offer refunds or returns, they just keep wearing you down via email until you give up. I am normally an XL...I ordered a 3X in a top. It came as the equivalent of a US size 6. It's getting donated, I will continue to complain about these people until something is done.

I truly wish I read these reviews before I ordered. I sound like a broken record. The order took forever to arrive, and the quality was absolutely horrible! When I tried to return the items they refused to give me an address to send it to and kept offering gift cards $5, $10 then $11 instead. No need for a gift card, I would never bye from them again! They said to give the items as gifts, if I didn’t want them ( I wouldn’t give these to an enemy). Hopefully you read this before you place an order!

Do not order from this website. My husband ordered me a Yellowstone "sweatshirt" from this online store, and it was more than disappointing. Nowhere does it indicate that the shipping is from China and takes forever.
When it finally arrived, I was very disappointed. The fabric is some cheap synthetic, and the sizing must be based on Chinese standards - maybe a child could wear it. When I requested a return/refund, I was encouraged to keep it or give it away. The shipping to CHINA would be outrageous, so there's no option to return a $48 order that would probably cost hundreds to return. PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM FACEBOOK VENDORS - VERY DECEIVING

Spent the last two weeks going back and forth, demanding a refund. They took Soo long to reply and kept telling me to reconsider. Then it finally shipped and they said they tried to cancel it but it had already shipped so they couldn't 🙄 this company is an absolute joke. And now I'm out money that I could very much use instead of the sweater. They aren't even acknowledging my requests for shipping refund.
