If I could give it a zero for (vivitic/vivatic) I would. I order the blood sugar monitor over three weeks ago and have not received any notification of ship. I tried to contact the customer link to no avail. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges

This company scams people I placed my order on 2/4/26 I never received my order . I have emailed them several times only to be told to be patient . I let them know I was no longer interested in waiting for the order it’s now 3/29/26 I still do not have my order. This company is stealing from consumers buyer be ware do not purchase a Glucose Monitor form Vivitic you will NOT receive your order you get the run around when emailing them there is no phone number to call them because they are scammers . I will get my money back my bank has filed a claim against the scammers !!!!

This company is a criminal organization I paid for a product and it been over a month and a half I have not received my product. Also the product was $27 and they charges me $40+ the FBI need to know about this I don’t even know how YouTube gave them the platform to advertise their criminal organization

I was really proud about yours survey. But unfortunately I loose almost 13 pounds from my account because you suddenly stop you service

Email recieved to say the survey website will be closing down at the end of Aug 19.

Just gone to log in to my account only to find - like so many others have previously experienced - that my account is unexpectedly blocked either because I asked for my account to be removed (no I didn't) or because of possible fradulent activity in filling out surveys (most definitely not on my part). Just recently I've also noticed that the login page is not secure which is really strange when you are entering sensitive email and password details - be aware of this everyone! Over the years I've had lots of completed surveys not added to my account and also had money wiped when told I've not filled out surveys regularly enough even though I've been on to the website and tried to fill out new surveys only to find myself screened out time and time again. Also seems unfair to members to set a time limit on completion and take away money when the company makes a point of advertising itself as a place where members can earn money doing what they want at a time WHEN they want...which clearly is a huge misrepresentation of the truth. Vivatic also asks for full paypal account details to be handed over when you sign up which is highly unusual. What's more worrying is if, like me, you find yourself unjustifiably blocked from the website you have no way of checking that your account details are removed from the company's database. Would honestly not recommend this company...there are loads of far better survey companies out there.

I'd been doing surveys with them for a while and clocked up £10. However, when I went to sign in recently my total was down to zero. Where had my money gone? Apparently, I hadn't signed in for two months so THEY TOOK MY MONEY and I have to start again. I call this theft. They call it part of the contract. Furthermore, it takes a long time to accumulate the money and you have to work very hard for it. I would say they are bordering on a scam and would not recommend them. I've been doing surveys for years and I am signed up with several companies. This is by far the worst I've come across. Just don't bother. Go for a walk instead. In fact, do anything but sign up with them.

I've been doing surveys for a while and done quite well with some sites. With these people, you answer some questions to see if you qualify for a survey, then they say you don't qualify but would you like another so you answer some more questions to see if you qualify, and again you don't. After months I have still earned nothing from them. If this was your experience would you think they were legitimate? No. Nor do I.

they don't deserve one star, never had a payment and kept looking for rewards there was never anything in there despite having done surveys. they take rewards away due to lack of activity because they don't send you enough surveys .avoid this company.

I would give them zero if I could. I have completed many surveys since joining in 2013 and have only received a measley sum of $20 AUD. When I recently wondered why no rewards, my account stated if I didn't complete a survey within 2 months, funds earnt would be cleared and I would receive a warning and notification to complete a survey to retain my $$ value. I ALWAYS complete surveys, and never receive any notifications. Give them a miss and join Pure Profile folks!

Takes to long to reach threshold , very slow and boring .

I have only claimed a reward on vivatic once in October 2017, and I did get the reward but judging by these comments, things have changed since then.

Abysmal company. Just hit the the £20 threshold after hours and hours of tasks and surveys, then blocked without warning nor explanation, for absolutely no reason. Attempted to contact them via email before posting a bad review but no answer from them. Clearly a scam, avoid at all costs.

After two years of completing surveys for this panel I found that I could not log onto their site, I have sent numerous emails and customer service requests to them for which I have had no reply. After a few days the logon screen stated that my account had been blocked. On checking the information on the FAQ's it stated that there may have been fraudulent activity on my account. This is clearly an appalling way to treat an individual who has provided honest and thoughtful responses to surveys. I am considering demanding a subject access review to ensure that they will delete all my personal data appropriately as trust is clearly fundamentally destroyed.
Edit: Matter above has now been resolved and I am receiving good quality customer support on the panel and many interesting/rewarding surveys to complete.

AVOID! Account inexplicably closed today after wasting hours of completing surveys. After reading these other reviews looks like my emails will not be answered and my balance wiped.....GREAT

Closed my account suddenly not sure why have sent e mails to find out no one has come back to me not the thing that should happen as I have been with them for a while, there loss as well as mine, please treat us as humans not robots

My account was inexplicably closed as well on Tuesday. I had just over £47 in my account and had been expecting two sets of payments at the end of May, which I probably won't even receive now. I have sent 3 emails, all of which they've ignored, I've tried contacting them through Facebook, but they simply fail to respond. I'm shocked and appalled, I've been using them since 2012 and never encountered behaviour like this before. I keep checking their Facebook page to see what others are saying, and a few have mentioned their accounts being blocked. I suspect they've probably gone into liquidation and can't afford to pay us. I'm so annoyed and disgusted.

Finally get to £20 payout threshold and account gets closed.
Many hours wasted!
