I bought two 3D white frames for my sons signed norwich football shirts which arrived the next day which is exceptional.
The frames were well packaged on arrival.
The frames are good quality and look more expensive than they are.
It took me only around ten minutes per frame to assemble, very easy with clear instructions.
I dont know how well these will last as ive only just purchased, but the quality of the frames suggest they will last well, overall very impressed and my boys are happy!

I have just had wonderful customer service from Vivarti regarding a question I had.

Also the two black matt MDF frames I ordered were superb for my A3 posters. Their frame does not cut off the edges.

I ordered an 18"x12" oak frame and it's excellent. Though the first one got damaged in transit and when I called up the customer service, it was such a friendly staff and arranged for a replacement immediately. Quality of the frame is excellent and it matches with what you see in the picture !!. Strongly recommend it, specifically if you need a custom size frame.

Customer service outstanding. Frame delivered to wrong address (courier error). New frame dispatched and received within two days. Personal response received (not from a ‘no reply’ mail box). Frame great too. All in all, really impressed.

Excellent customer service. I bought a 60cm x 60cm frame and unfortunately it arrived damaged. This was due to DHL, not Vivarti. I contacted them with photos explaining the situation and they immediately sent me a new frame, keeping me updated via email the entire time. The frame was also perfect for my poster.

recently purchased a 3d football shirt frame i found from ordering by phone and the very quick next day delivery absolo
utly fantastic. the diy kit and the shirt instructions very easy to follow and the actual mounting of the shirt was done in a matter of minutes. i use to go to a professional framer to get my 3d football shirts done . and i would have to wait a couple of weeks to pick up and it was quadruple the price of thease diy kits . i would highly reccomend. vivarti and would not hesitate if i need some in the future.
