Crooks and thieves. I was made pay in advance the full amount. I was refused a refund on the grounds that I showed up to the appointment. An appointment where I was surprised to meet a "doctor" different from the person I spoke to, obviously incompetent, due to which I refused the service in full and left right away. I was asked by these crooks to falsify the facts in order to get at least a partial refund.

Horrible Experience at San Antonio de Portmany (Ibiza) Vivanta Dental Clinic - Avoid at All Costs!

My experience at Vivanta Dental Clinic in San Antonio, Ibiza, has been nothing short of a nightmare. What started off well under the previous management and Dr. Lorena has turned into a disaster since the new direction took over, and Dr. Diana started handling my daughter's treatment.

From the start, the clinic failed to deliver on their promises. Despite having paid for a full treatment plan that included fixed metal retention, they never put it in place at the end at the upper line, which is completely unacceptable. We are now starting the process of claiming our money back, and unfortunately, we’ve had to resort to involving lawyers to take this matter to court. It’s infuriating that it has come to this, but the lack of professionalism and care left us with no choice.

Dr. Diana consistently shows 1-1,5 hours late to every appointment. This shows a complete lack of respect for her patients' time. The reception staff is equally unprofessional, with poor communication and a dismissive attitude. There’s no care or concern for the patients—just excuses and delays.

Everything was fine when Dr. Lorena and the previous team were in charge. However, ever since the management changed, it has been a steep downhill spiral. The treatment has been horrendous, and I have lost all faith in the clinic.

To anyone considering this clinic, stay away! You will save yourself a lot of time, frustration, and money by going somewhere else. Vivanta Dental Clinic is, without a doubt, the worst dental experience we’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

I recently had a tooth, pulled, one of my upper back teeth, and they didn't get all of the roots out and I had to make another appointment to a different dentist to extract what they missed. I will never go back.
