I’ve been talking Vivanma NMN now for 6 months. I’ll tell you what I’ve notice most is the quality of my skin. The fine lines on my face have definitely improved. I do my 10’000 steps most days and definitely feel and think I look better for taking it.

I think I'm noticing an improvement!
I have been taking these for a few weeks now. It may, or may not be coincidence, but I definitely have more energy - I no longer have the mid/late afternoon energy slumps. I also have more stamina in my gym sessions, and seem to have more energy afterwards. Weirdly, I also seem to be able to cope with this infernal heatwave, too. Are all the above down to NMN? I have no way of knowing, but I have ordered more, just in case!

The claims about this product are true! I tried it initially because there are no unnecessary ingredients, it’s British and third party tested. Since starting NMN I have never had a bad nights sleep and no longer ever needed sleeping tablets - which I used to take occasionally

I started on 1 tablet a day but didn’t really feel the benefit. Then I saw an advert saying that women over 50 should take 2 a day so I thought I’d try it . My lord what a difference that made !! I now don’t need caffeine in the morning I just take my two tablets and they give me more energy, a clearer mind and an overall feeling of me again . I will not be stopping these anytime soon .
