I’m a new customer to VIVAIA, and what makes me want to come back—despite the price being a bit steep at times (which is why I usually shop the sale items and joined the membership)—is the quality. The shoes are washable, durable, and truly long-lasting. The colors really pop and instantly lift my mood, reminding me that there’s more color and joy in life.

Another scam Chinese company. And they are charging big money so you think they are designer shoes. They don't ship for months and you pay tarrifs and don't expect anything from customer service. Non existent. Don't Buy from these scammers and I am sure they pay for the positive reviews because they just Another ripoff company! Update: If this company would respond to valid customer issues with integrity, as quickly as they respond here they may have some redeeming qualities.

I have been seeing Vivaia ads online for a long time and liked the looks of the shoes. But, it wasn't until a friend told me how comfortable their shoes were that I took the plunge and ordered. All I can say is WOW! The ordering process was easy, delivery was prompt, and the shoes have immediately become my favourite shoe for all day walking. They are comfortable, seem to be well made, and fit perfectly. My only complaint is that I wish they had more styles in my size (42.5).

The shoes are comfortable to wear. The pattern is very nice. I like the shoes very much.

I am writing to share how much I am enjoying the two pairs of Square-Toe Mary Janes (Margot Mary Jane) that I purchased on 8 February 2026.

These are truly the most comfortable and lightweight shoes I have ever owned, and I find myself wearing them every day. I specifically chose this style for several reasons:

- The wide fit is excellent for those with bunions.
- The sculpted square toe provides plenty of room without squeezing.
- I have experienced no blisters or rubbing.
- The cushioned sole is soft, flexible knit offer great support.
- They are incredibly lightweight.

My purchase was a great investment, and Vivaia is now my top choice for footwear. I look forward to continuing to support your brand.

Vivaia shoes are the most comfortable shoes I have found online. I wear a size 10, usually flats or chunky heels. These shoes are stylish, come in a plethora of colors, and are easy to keep clean. I am ordering more Vivaia shoes to take on vacation due to their versatility. Did I mention that the company offers free shipping and great sales too!

I have wide feet and bunions, and the square or round-toed shoes from Vivaia are wonderful. The stretch to my foot and are so cute. I own flats, pumps and 2 pair of boots, and I’ll be adding more.

My new barefoot sneakers Milo are stylish and comfortable, want to wear it every day. Love Vivaia brand. To me the only downside is the price, which has increased considerably since my first purchase less than 2 years ago.
