Four days ago I posted this compalint about VIVA:
They have stolen £300.00 from me. Viva opened an account for me, so I bought the PAX A77 machine in order to process payments. They then cancelled my account, leaving me with a £300.00 bit of useless tech. Numerous emails etc have got me no further in getting my money back.
Be very careful dealing with these people.

The problem is of course that there has been no official communictions regarding a refund. What a bunch of criminals.
My dad had an account and got a terminal, everything went fine a couple of months. He wanted to close off his account permanently, but there was an issue. We couldn’t find a number or any customer service where we could find an answer on how to close the account. I’ve been talking to the chat support over 10 times and I got the same message every time. I wish I could put in the screenshots because every conversation with different workers where the same. “We’re trying to resolve the issue we sent you an email” but we received none even though we had the real emails the tried to scam us. If you want any ideas how to close your account just tell them you’ll stop paying your fee I did that and I logged out from everything and my terminal also got stolen so I don’t give a f about them actually. DONT PAY YOUR FEE THEY ARE A SCAM GROUP IN GREECE. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO LOVAL AUTHORITES

I would like to share my genuinely excellent experience with Viva.com, and in particular with Pranav, who attended in person to install the card machine terminals for our EPOS system.
Pranav travelled from Milton Keynes specifically to carry out the installation, and from start to finish his approach was highly professional, calm, and exceptionally well organised. He managed the entire installation flawlessly, explaining each step clearly and ensuring everything was configured correctly, tested thoroughly, and working perfectly before leaving.
What truly stood out was the level of care and consideration shown throughout the process. As I am disabled, it is extremely important for me that technical work is carried out in a stress-free and well-managed manner. Pranav was fully aware of this and went out of his way to ensure the installation caused no disruption, pressure, or unnecessary strain. The whole experience was smooth, reassuring, and handled with genuine empathy and professionalism.
The service provided was second to none. Pranav did not rush, did not cut corners, and took full ownership of the installation from beginning to end. It was clear that customer satisfaction and doing the job properly were his top priorities.
Based on this experience, I can confidently say that Viva.com delivered outstanding service, and Pranav is a real credit to the company. I would have no hesitation in recommending Viva.com to others, particularly to customers who value professionalism, reliability, and considerate support.

Really Shady company, had a rolling reserve of €3.000 after 1,5 years has passed and them saying “we are working on it” my rolling reserve is gone the never released 1 euro. I would stay far far away from this company I don’t recommend doing business.

I had a great experience with Viva Wallet. I dealt with Terence Matongo, who was extremely helpful and proactive throughout the entire process. He kept me updated on my application without me having to chase, offered a very competitive deal, and was genuinely supportive from start to finish.
An attentive and professional service, and Terence really made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
They charged me 2 times for 1 transaction, had to go though a lot of trouble to contact my bank, merchant, etc and i still haven't resolve the issue, my funds are locked, their support is non existent, next time i see viva as a payment i am switching merchant.

Whenever I try to login to my account it shows I write wrong password which isnt correct. Then to change it they must send me the code which is valid 30mins but code is not coming at all or after 30 mins. Not possible to login to account and withdraw money. Dissapointed

Very bad experience with this platform.
They suddenly blocked my funds, and now they have thousands of euros blocked that they won't let me touch.
I've sent more than four emails and spoken to customer support via chat seven times, but I still haven't received a response in over a week. I've mentioned my late payments more than once to customer support, but they simply ignored me.
I do not recommend using this platform at all. Beware!!!!

They moved me from a free service to a subscription without notification.. they said they emailed me but i never received anything and they declare that their tos allows them to do this. No email notifications for monthly charges, no receipts. They silently try to get you into owing them money. Thats a very shady tactic, stay away, i thought they're a good company but after this, i read so many negative experiences.

Viva is not technically ready to help funders , it only serves themselves , The reports are ONLY avaiable for those who use Excel ( forget about Mac users) and their page is full of bugs . Staff is helping as much as they can but they are only trained to help you with Microsoft... Viva is pretneding to be Neobank but foundations are still back in the 1990s ...

Worst neo bank. The bank has completely lost it. Products are not working. Cards are not working. Useless support that just copy paste FAQ. This is a completely useless bank that some time ago, was working perfectly. You cannot even send money to another bank. No selection of it. WTF!!!

I experienced a serious fraud incident with Viva Wallet. Within just a few minutes, 11 unauthorized transactions (totaling 5,670 ILS) were charged to my business card from a merchant I have never dealt with (“Ooredoo – Ramallah”). The card details were clearly stolen. I explicitly confirmed that I never authorized these payments, and there is no invoice, contract, or service of any kind linking my company to this merchant.
Despite EU law (PSD2, Articles 73–74) requiring the provider to immediately refund unauthorized transactions, Viva Wallet has failed to do so. Instead, I have only received repetitive template emails like “the process is ongoing.” No refund, no transparency, and no essential details provided (ARN, MID, terminal IDs).
I contacted Ooredoo, who stated they would cooperate with their bank and Mastercard but pointed out that the responsibility lies with the card issuer (Viva Wallet). I also reached out to Mastercard Europe, the Central Bank of Cyprus, and the Bank of Greece.
A week later I still have no resolution and no refund.
For a financial institution trusted to handle payments, this behavior is unacceptable. The lack of urgency, accountability, and compliance with EU regulations shows a systemic failure in how Viva Wallet handles fraud cases. I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this company with their money.
