I’ve recently got back from my 3rd visit to this clinic on the promise that they would change my full mouth crowns due to ill fitting the first time. Instead of fitting full mouth I got 12 teeth she fitted very reluctantly she claimed there was nothing wrong despite it being clear as day the big gaps from where my gums had receded due to her bad work. They are still uneven and don’t look much different to the previous ones. I asked for different shape and they decided to choose themselves. I asked for corrections as my bite wasn’t right and they refused. Not only that but the dentist has awful attitude and was quite literally smashing my old crowns out very roughly that I even choked on my own tooth 3 times. She also went to start smashing out the bottom one without any anesthetic I had to tell her myself that she had not numbed the area yet! There is a reason the reviews are flagged and that’s because they are liars and unprofessional. I will be saving to get new teeth with a different company. If you want to save money then go elsewhere I am sorry I ever chose this company. The coordinator even told me that they’ve recently started to work with a different dentist as other patients have had problems with her! She is always right and you are always wrong that’s the way it is. If anyone wants photos or proof of what I’m saying I have it all. Oh and another thing, they don’t provide you with temporary teeth so you will have to spend the week with shaven down teeth and nothing to cover them.

EDIT- the only reason I had returned for the dental work was because I really couldn’t afford a brand new set elsewhere and this shambles of a company have obviously had to replace for free due to it being their fault I had the problems in the first place so I had no other choice but to return to fix unfortunately. I’m glad I’ll never have to again.

Worst experience to have the hair transplant surgery there in the middle of surgery they moved me to another clinic because of some goverment visit i was literally bleeding while travelling to another clinic. Moreover the doctor don't come to see the patient after the surgery. I dont want to give even a one star. So its my humble request please dont go

The atmosphere at Viitta was a warm delightful experience...The professionalism and courtesy from the staff was remarkable..State of the art modern equipment used throughout the treatment...Leo was my coordinator he walked me through my experience at Vitta ..he explained everything in detail about my stay in instanbul, he made all of my arrangements for my hotel stay and all transportation from the Airport to my hotel as well as my visits to the clinic from my hotel...very organized and professional...I would recommend choosing Vitta if you are looking for a great experience

Communication was good, the team was very responsive and got back to me on all my questions and concerns. The accomodations from the taxi pick ups and drop off was nicely coordinated. Our hotel was great. The doctor was great. The staff was as professional as they where trained to be,but I believe they can improve some more. Our translator was top notch his English was superb and we where able to understand all because of him. The doctors assistance where busy busy the entire time, in and out of the room they are all hard workers. The doctor communicated every step of the way. The cleanliness of the facility was good. We where keep being told that it was a hospital, but from my own perspective it's a medical building. The company has there own floor with medical rooms. But I would highly recommend this team.

UPDATE 02.02.2026
Patients should be made aware that the surgical environment is not a traditional theatre room. You are allowed to wear EarPods on or watch the television during this procedure, this would cause less anxiety.

BACKGROUND:
My husband and I traveled to Turkey for hair transplant procedures on January 30th, 2026. Initial communication with coordinators Sara, Seline, and Diala was efficient and professional, and airport pickup was prompt and well-organized. We were taken directly to our hotel, Ramadan Golden Horn, which is conveniently located near restaurants and amenities.

Upon meeting Dr. Murat in the presence of a translator, my husband and I were presented with consent forms and instructed to sign them. The final page required us to confirm that we had read and understood the entire document, despite not being given adequate time to do so. At the same time, we were being rushed to complete payment and pressured to proceed immediately, with my procedure scheduled to begin first.

I had to intervene and clearly state that we would not sign any documents without reading them in full. This situation created immediate discomfort and undermined confidence in the process. My husband became reluctant to proceed as a result. Informed consent should never feel rushed or conditional.

There was also significant miscommunication between the translator and the coordinators, which contributed to confusion at an already critical stage. While this was eventually resolved, it should not have occurred at the point of consent and payment. 3/5

TRANSLATION & COMMUNICATION:
The standard of translation was inconsistent and, at times, unacceptable. Translator 1 did not introduce herself, offered minimal support, and failed to facilitate effective communication, which is particularly concerning during a medical procedure where clarity, consent, and reassurance are essential. Poor translation in this setting is not a minor issue — it directly affects patient understanding, comfort, and safety. 1/5

In contrast, Translator 2, Houda, was exceptional (5/5). She provided clear, thorough explanations at every stage, ensured accurate communication between ourselves and the medical team, and significantly reduced anxiety throughout the process. Houda also delivered comprehensive aftercare guidance, making sure all instructions were fully understood. She demonstrated professionalism, competence, and genuine patient advocacy. She is an outstanding asset to the clinic. 5/5

CLINIC AMENITIES:
The clinic building itself houses several hair transplant providers. Patients should be aware that many clinics operate from the same facility and treatment rooms, despite different branding and advertising. 5/5

COST:
While the overall cost of treatment for both of us was very competitive, several aspects of the clinical experience were unacceptable. 5/5

PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT:
During the procedure, staff frequently talked among themselves, answered phone calls, and left the room to retrieve forgotten equipment. This lack of focus and preparation was unprofessional and disruptive, particularly during an invasive medical procedure.

As someone from a medical background, I was particularly concerned by the poor hygiene standards. The treatment room was not adequately clean, and aseptic technique was inconsistently maintained. Regardless of whether a procedure is elective, basic infection-control standards should never be compromised. I would rate the hygiene and environmental standards 3 out of 5 at best.

Midway through my procedure, Dr Murat left the room to take a cigarette break. Upon returning, the smell of nicotine was extremely strong. As a non-smoker experiencing nasal congestion, this was highly uncomfortable. Given that patients are strongly advised not to smoke following a hair transplant, this behavior was both inappropriate and contradictory. 2/5

DIGNITY AND PRIVACY:
Additionally, while I was positioned face down during the procedure, a janitor entered the room to empty a bin. This should have been done prior to the procedure. Being exposed in this manner made me feel uncomfortable and violated, and it demonstrated a serious lack of respect for patient dignity and privacy. 2/5

SUMMARY:
My husband and l are happy with our results, l also had my eyebrows done 10/10
In conclusion, while coordination, transport, accommodation, and pricing were satisfactory, the professionalism, hygiene, and conduct during surgery were below acceptable standards. Prospective patients who value strict aseptic practice, uninterrupted procedures, and professional behavior should carefully consider these concerns before choosing Vitta Clinic.

My wife and I travelled from the United Kingdom to Istanbul for hair transplant procedures with Vitta International Clinic. While several logistical aspects of the trip were well organised, there were also areas where we feel improvements could be made.

Communication – 4/5
Communication before and during the process was generally good, though occasionally inconsistent. At times, clearer information and more follow-up would have helped reduce uncertainty.

Transfers – 4/5
All transfers between the airport, hotel, and clinic were included in the package and handled efficiently. This made the overall experience much more convenient and stress-free.

Hotel Accommodation – 4/5
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well located. The only downside was that the food was relatively expensive compared to nearby restaurants, which offered better value.

Translation Services – 1/5 initially, 5/5 after change
Translation support was provided throughout. Our initial translator lacked organisation and clear communication, which made parts of the process feel less reassuring than expected.

However, after the translator was changed to Houda, the experience improved significantly. She was professional, organised, and explained everything clearly, including aftercare instructions. Her support made a very positive difference.

Clinic / Practice Facilities – 3/5 (Food: 2/5)
The clinic was about 15–20 minutes from the hotel. The reception and waiting areas were modern and welcoming. The treatment rooms, however, felt more basic and could benefit from updating, and the surgical chair was uncomfortable during the lengthy procedure.

The food provided at the clinic was limited in quality, and the payment process felt slightly disorganised.

Surgical Team and Procedure – 3/5
The surgical team worked hard, but at times the process felt somewhat unstructured. We would have appreciated a stronger focus on overall organisation and hygiene practices. The use of mobile phones during the procedure felt distracting in a clinical setting.

The lead surgeon was not present for the entire procedure, with assistants completing portions of the transplant. While this may be part of their normal process, clearer expectations beforehand would have helped. We also occasionally noticed the smell of cigarette smoke, which was not ideal in a medical environment.

Cost – 4/5
The overall cost for both procedures was reasonable and competitive compared to other clinics.

Conclusion
Overall, the clinic provided good logistical support, comfortable accommodation, and some excellent staff members. However, improvements in organisation, consistency, and the clinical environment would help create a more reassuring and professional patient experience. With these adjustments, the service could be significantly enhanced.

This would of been a 4 star if everything was explained pre-procedure , ie we can have a tv or listen to music though out the procedure, .
I will update my review in 6 months for the outcome.
