Pleased don’t buy glass here

Pleased don’t buy glass here, they have delivered a glass for my stove with a defect corner that’s broken and it’s not the correct size (to big) after 6 mails they say go to somebody else to cut it to the right size (isn’t possible due to the defect in the corner) and if I ask after that for a refund and to send the glass back they ghost you and don’t reply anymore (this has been going on for more 3 weeks). I have never encountered such bad after sales…
