Not only did I not get what I ordered but I had unauthorized use of my credit card a month later. I would give them negative stars if possible.

Shady as hell.
I called the number on the website to ask a question. It looks like it’s a cell phone number. The person rejected the call on first attempt and continued to reject on several attempts. If you can’t take calls from your potential customers, you are shady to me. Not ordering on your website

I placed an order on July 17th. I never received confirmation. When I reached out to them they said they had a payment issue. Fast forward to August 12th when my debit card number was used and wiped out my account. I hardly ever use that card and I have no doubt it was this scam site. I never received further contact and certainly no product. Please don't make the same mistake.

DO NOT order or do any business with this so called company! They will not fulfill your order and you will not receive a confirmation # after placing an order. If you have already placed an order with them, I highly suggest you cancel the order and your credit card with your bank and have a new credit card reissued. The previous reviews are all accurate and I should have done my due diligence before placing an order. Lesson learned.

I ordered an item and shortly thereafter it was cancelled, but yet it still shows on their site as in stock. Something wrong here.

This company is suspicious and deserves 0 stars. I ordered an item and I never received a confirmation email.
Then I never received my item.
When I made an inquiry about my item they stated a "Payment Gateway" issue.
When I questioned them about the Payment Gateway issue in an email they were vague and cryptic.
That is when I knew something was wrong.
I called them on the phone line and it is always busy no matter how many times I called at all hours it was always busy.
I requested a cancellation to my order via email and through chat and they said they did cancel it but they have my card number and security number on file so I cancelled my credit card with my bank.
No charges were placed on my card.
Do not buy from this company. It looks legitimate but there is something wrong with it.

I placed an order and received a confirmation email with my order #. The next day the order was cancelled by them. I researched and found nothing but negative reviews.
I locked my credit card and wrote them asking about the cancellation and received this response.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We are currently experiencing a Payment Gateway issue on our website which has prevented your order from being processed. No money has been debited from your card. We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible and will email you once it has been resolved. Thank you for your patience.

If I could give no stars, I would. I placed an order and received an order number, but NO email confirmation. If you try to email them, it bounces back. Their phone number has a constant busy signal. I have sat for hours on chat, no response. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER ON THIS SITE. It is a SCAM. I cancelled my card so that can't charge it.

Do not use this site. Never received an email confirmation of my order but I captured a print screen to show the order #. Requested an update as it states it's Pending but no email back. Credit card wasn't charged but I had FRAUD on my brand new credit card about 2 weeks afterwards and this was the only website I used. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE

Placed order never received confirmation! Tried to chat no reply hours and hours I tried to reorder and same thing I hope they don’t charge my card I will keep an eye o it but I wouldn’t order from them if I were you! Many hours wasted of aggravation

call. So far my card has not been charged. I will watch my bank account closely. I requested three times to cancel my order without any consideration. Sounds like a one person "business".
Don't shop there if you like a stress free experience.

Addition: my debit card was compromised shortly after I was dumb enough to put my card details in. I told my bank that there might be a connection to vitneo. Has anyone else had fraudulent charges from Lyft and KayPam?
