Lies and poor customer appreciation
I have been a customer of Vital for over four years and happy until now.
The best before date has always been between 4-6 months. My last 3 deliveries have had the same batch code and expiry of November. For medical reasons I was unable to take the vitamins and so I kept ordering but now I can take them again, the expiry date does not allow me to. They also lied about the expiry dates when I have proof.
Given this is a premium product - they should do better.
There is no reason for the expiry date to be 1 month and customer service have been incredibly poor in recognising loyal customer service.

To give you a bit more information on how Vitl works, our subscription model was created to help customers develop routine with supplementation. Our pack contains 4-weeks worth of vitamins and the assumption is that customers will begin taking these relatively soon after they've been received, and are then ready for the next month's supply when their subscription renews 4-weeks later. We do however completely understand that life gets in the way sometimes & people fall out of routine, which is why customers have the ability to easily pause (or even cancel!) directly on our website.
We obviously always ensure the product we send out allows enough time for consumption plus a buffer, which at present means we pull stock 6 weeks prior to its BBE. This timeline has also been determined in an effort to combat unnecessary wastage.
We have sent out a new pack for you which should be with you very soon and do not hesitate to reach out if you have any other issues or questions!

I’ve been using these for almost a month now, and I much prefer them over regular supplements. Instead of juggling multiple bottles of vitamins or relying on a single multivitamin that might not be very nutritious, this product conveniently combines everything you need. The daily packs come in a cute little box, making them super easy to take. While I haven’t noticed any effects yet, it’s still early, and I really appreciate the convenience they offer. Plus, if you think they’re expensive, they’re actually quite reasonable—buying multiple bottles of vitamins separately would cost about the same.

After ordering from Vitl for the first time I needed to contact the customer service team with a question. I want to leave a review as it is refreshing to deal with a company who not only cares about the needs of their customers but follows through to ensure you are happy with the both their service and their product. Great product and customer support
I started taking personalised vitamins from Vitl a few months ago because I was feeling consistently fatigued from work and knew I was deficient in several key vitamins and iron. Typically, my blood tests show low levels, but to my surprise, my most recent test came back completely normal—a first for me! Not only have the supplements made a noticeable difference in my health, but the customer service has also been exceptional. I had a misplaced order, and Lika from the Vitl team went above and beyond to resolve the issue quickly. Her patience, excellent communication, and genuine care really stood out.
