Pleased

Pleased I didn't create an account when trying vitamingo. Yes item arrived eventually but the 48hr tracked service you use and pay for was not 48hrs it was actually a 144hr service.
Customer service was quite quick to respond to an initial inquiry regarding the paid for service but not received service with " we will look into this" but they either reply with that sentence to all queries or are possibly still looking into it.
Would never use vitamingo again as I don't see why you should pay for a service you don't receive.
PS
Sorry I didn't realise it was me who chose one of the most unreliable courier services.I think you have more control over the courier service you choose to use and charge your customers for that doesn't deliver than you think.

Yesterday I placed order number #27892

Yesterday I placed an order and I paid a £7.95 shipment fee so the item would arrive by 1 pm, unfortunately, a day later I still haven't received the item. I messaged them asking for a full or partial refund for the shipment, as I could've paid a lot cheaper for the same service, but I had no answers whatsoever and I still don't have the urgent item and ended up buying from another place.

After getting an e-mail from the company all I can say is:
All the good reviews here are fake.

I was informed that the extremely overpriced delivery meant I'd get my item the next day, by 1 pm. This doesn't make any sense as I could've paid a lot cheaper for a 24h delivery (I placed the order at 8 am) and would have received it on the same day.

Extremely rude customer service and terrible user experience.

I had not received the item before my review. Maybe you should change the delivery options on your website to next-day delivery by 1 pm. Don't you have any qualified UX professionals? I really don't think it's fair that I paid almost 8£ when I could've paid for a regular 24h delivery. It's not about the price, it's about the principle.

Anyway, never ordering from this company ever again and made my point that the customer service is EXTREMELY RUDE and the website is misleading.

We pride ourselves on our customer service and offer resolutions like partial refunds or matching services for occasions when deliveries fall outside the expected timeframe, acknowledging that once in the carrier's hands, some delays can be beyond our direct control.

We strive to accommodate our customers' needs to the best of our ability, but it is also essential to recognize that certain demands may not be feasible or reasonable.

Great customer service

Vitamingo is a great place for me to buy supplements, their prices are competitive and the customer service is great. They send the orders promptly and are always there if you have any questions.

Brilliant Service

No complaints here, ordered Friday morning with Royal Mail Special delivery, wasn't expecting same day dispatch but got an e-mail late afternoon saying the item had been shipped. If Royal Mail hadn't held the parcel back because they thought the business was closed, it would have been delivered on the Saturday.

With the bank holiday it was delivered on the Tuesday, contents are exactly as described & I wouldn't hesitate to order again from here.

Where is my order?

I placed an order on 11th December for an item which is on my son’s Christmas list. Supposedly being sent on a 48hr Royal Mail service? Having spoken to Vitamingo via their live chat I was informed that this is most likely lost in transit and that a replacement order would be sent out on 18th December. No sign of this having arrived with Royal Mail either. Wishing I had bought from somewhere else!

AVOID!!!

Placed order 3 weeks ago and still waiting for it to arrive... Emailed them last week to which I had a response to, tried to call many times and never got through to anyone. Tried the live chat today and the person I spoke to didn't even apologise for the delay, was saying 'its not their fault and will issue a replacement to be sent as the previous order got lost'
I shouldn't have to be chasing them! I asked for a email to be sent as proof of re order and he told me I would get a copy go the script one the chat ends and he refused to end the chat!
I later got a call off a mobile number off a man who told me he looked into this issue and started shouting down the phone at me and told me he is going to ban me off the website if I leave a negative review. This was the first and last time I will be using this terrible company! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!! RUDE!!!

the company never lets me down and i get my orders from them every time at exactly the time they tell me to expect it to arrive.
I will keep on using them for as long as i need even though it may not be that long as i am nearly 89 years old lol. But thank you for your services

Happy new customer

Never heard of this company before, but they were selling 10% benzoyl peroxide acne products, which are no longer available in the UK in that strength. I purchased on a Tuesday and my order arrived on Friday. Good communications - emails received when order placed and also despatched. I’ll definitely be shopping again. Prices also appear to be reasonable. 😊
