I first spoke to Richard on the phone, he was very helpful and kind, he kindly arranged for Dan to come to my house and go over First Aid.
Dan was really professional, he was great, he listened to everything I had to say, gave me advice. Went over First Aid with me, made me feel confident in everything I would need to do.
My son had a couple of seizures this year which was very scary, Dan was very knowledgeable and helped me with everything I would need to do, he stayed until I felt comfortable with everything I wanted to know. Thank you both so much.

CPR training
Dan was really enthusiastic about his teaching and adapts to the workplace environment. He teaches in a way that is easy to understand and remember and is extremely knowledgeable and able to answer any questions asked. Second time we have had him to do our annual CPR training and we would definitely have him back again next year!

Health & Safety Training with humour
Very few people look forward to Health & Safety Training yet we know it is vital to the safe running of the workplace.
This course was informative, we all learned something new and we were reminded about some points that may have been forgotten.
The course was delivered in a professional manner with appropriate humour interspersed to keep us going.
