I ordered two different neon signs for our office. One for a Podcast sign and the other as a corporate sign to be used inside the building. They came as ordered. 100% top quality. Needed extra switch boxes for our signs to cause a blinking effect on our heartbeat area with the pulse beat heart in red. It looks awesome. They were quick to address the request. Very happy with the service and quality and would recommend this company to everyone. Thank you from Cardio Miracle. The Heart health company.

The product they sent was defective. They sent the European electrical connection. I contacted the customer service. Instead of sending out the correct North American plug they were going to send me an adapter, which did not arrive.

I have contacted the company several times lately only to be told to contact an electrician. I asked them to send out the proper North American electrical wiring schematic or a picture of one that I should have received. That way I can get it wired properly. They refused to send anything to me. They’re actually quite insistent upon me getting an electrician to fix this problem that they created. The picture looks great but it should be lit up. I paid over $400 for this and I can’t even use it. Shame on them.

As a result, I cannot recommend this company. You may not have a problem with them, let’s hope, and they may send you the correct electrical wires and plug for your country, but they did not to me. And have not fixed the problem. Their customer service kept repeating themselves over and over with the same nonsense. After at least 10 email messages back and forth they refuse to even answer my emails now. Very rude.

I am now stuck with a $422 picture on my wall that is supposed to light up but cannot Because they did not send the correct wiring in the first place nor will they fix the problem. Beware.

UPDATE: October 2024 - No further contact from the company - although they did say they'd send me a replacement part after I posted this review. They have not and they do not return my emails. Shameful.

I did find a replacement transformer elsewhere and it came with the correct wiring that works in North America.

Excellent communication. Easy tomwork with. Showed so many different ideas before production. Product was incredible. Way better than expected. I plan to do alot more business with them. Highly recommended.

I was a little unsure about this company at first, but was extremely pleasantly surprised with the speed of service, quality, and customer care. They produced exactly what I requested in my mockup — for a reasonable price — and when I ran into a small invoice error, Mubbsher was quick to resolve it and followed up when the new invoice was ready. The sign looks great, and even arrived on time for a birthday even with a fast turnaround!
