I purchased a muscle water retention…

It can make sure that people purchasing there products that if you have a Television that is over 2 year's old the Vitaliving machine interferes with the Television they don't mention it on advertisement or box or information leaflet, Mine did this every time I used the foot massage pad it changed chanels on Television. Got in touch with them and they said they new of this problem with the changing channels on televisions so if I Returned it I would receive a full refund, On retuning it to them there reply was it was outside the 100 day trile period But as I explained to them it was FAULTY and didn't have to be be within the 100 day period so they said they would send a full refund when I returned it to them then when I did return it they came up with the excuses that it was out of trile period, But it doesn't matter if faulty and they new about the problem with the product then I should have received a full refund as they stated several times when I requested a prepaid reply label, TO which the reply was sorry we don't supply prepaid returns labels but as soon as they received it back I would receive the full refund, But NO they came back it's past it's 100 day trile period, But they new this because it's on my account details so they just cost me £5-00 to return the product to them for them to wriggle out of there side saying I would receive the full refund. They should not sell products not fit for purpose as they know of this problem with there product it should not have been sold to start with under Training Standards a product must be of fit for use intended SO VITALIVING ARE IN BREACH OF CONTRACT AND SHOULD REFUND ALL MONIES FOR THESE FAULTY GOODS THEY ARE NOT A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY WHEN THEY SELL FAULTY PRODUCTS NOINGLY I WILL STILL PERSUE THEM OTHERWISE THEY WILL STILL SELL TO OTHER PEOPLE WITHOUT RECTIFYING THE IN BUILT PROBLEM, STILL NO REFUND JUST TOLD ME TO GO ON SOCIAL MEDIA IT DIDN'T MATTER TO HIM EVEN THOUGH GOODS ARE FAULTY AND NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE HE IS JUST A IDIOT WHO THINKS HE CAN DO WHAT HE WANTS WITHOUT COMEBACK BECAUSE THE LAW IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE RULES ON FAULTY PRODUCTS THE TRADING STANDARDS SHOULD HAVE MORE POWER TO MAKE THEM REFUND FOR FAULTY GOODS AND SERVICES I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THEM JUST THE OPPOSITE VITALIVING IS A JOKE AND NOT TRUSTWORTHY TO DEAL WITH WHEN IT DOSE NOT TAKE CUSTOMERS PROPERLY
