Shipping cost too high for 5 stars
Great supplement! Originally I gave 2 stars because I didn't realize how much the shipping to Germany cost until after I bought it (my mistake), and I reasoned that I can't recommend the product to anyone in Germany due to the high DHL prices. Changed the review to 4 stars due to excellent customer service, and I will 100% change this review to 5 stars when that German distribution center opens up!

I would like to confirm what we discussed: while the shipping cost to Germany was displayed at checkout and throughout the website, we understand that it can be easily missed. As a gesture of goodwill, we have refunded most of your delivery charge, as we recognise this was an honest oversight and because your satisfaction is important to us.
As we explained, the current delivery rate is, unfortunately, the best option available until our European distribution centre is operational. In the meantime, we’re doing our best to be as transparent as possible about costs and delivery times on our website and checkout.

UPDATE: the customer service team at Vitality pro completely turned my experience around. Great communication and guidance while navigating US customs to receive my package. Rarely do you see customer service as involved as this. Thanks guys!

Great products! I'm using Berberine, NMN, Pterostilbene, Fisetin, Glynac and TMG, and they're all great products! I live in Sweden, and the shipment took just 2 days. The reason I'm not buying from Swedish online shops is because VitalityPro's products are all tested and certified by an independent third-party company.
