Biggest waste of $48 I ever spent! Been almost 2 months still have not received birth certificate. Complete Scam

I ordered a birthday certificate three weeks ago and yet I haven’t received it
I stated to feel worried , no phone number to call and. Check, why the government would have them as a contractors when they have a very bad service?
I don’t recommend them

Poorly designed questionaire that has you guessing as to what information they want. I guessed wrong. They sent me emails daily asking for the missing info which I provided twice, then the emails stopped and I thought everything was OK. WRONG! A week later I got an email saying "do you still need this certificate because we haven't heard anything from you?" That's when I found out that there is NO CONTACT NUMBER on their web site. No-one to call. All you can do is input messages and as far as I can tell the only rely is an automated "we'll get back to you in the next few business day" but no response beyond that. I have no idea at this point if I will ever get a copy of my marriage certificate.

I never received my birth Certificate . Only 17 E-mails of regret and promises to get it to me in so many days.....

Great service although the wait time before you get your actual document is pretty long but definitely worth it and legit.

Worst company. I ordered a year ago 2 marriage certificates, I never got them. They charged me $116.00. And I have been trying to call them. Noone pick up the phone call. When I tried to check the statut of my order they said they closed my case without refunding my money and no notice.

I ordered a birth certificate for my son in August and have not received it yet. I send messages and do not get a response right away. I call and I am on hold forever with no response.

The last email response from this Company was on September 17, 2019 stating my certificate was in the mailing room. My order is completed and it has been over a month with no birth certificate.

I called my bank to cancel payment and I went through another company to get my son's birth certificate called VitalChek.

I should have read the reviews before I submitted my request through this unreliable company. .They also charged me $110 for my son's birth certificate.

Complete, utter, and total ripoff. They grossly misrepresent what their "service" is, charge you $85, and provide nothing of value. This is NOT NOT NOT an online records process. What you get is the same MAIL-IN form that you could have gotten on the State's website for free. SHAME ON THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA for putting a link to this SCAM OPERATION on their official State website. And don't expect to hear back from them if you dare to complain.

Complete scam, Paid 85.00 for birth certificate. within 24hrs recieved email asking for another 25.00. went to cancel my order they only refunded me 42.50 complete scam. I do not recomend..

They took my money. No email with confirmation. No one to call. No one to submit a claim. Having to dispute the $85 charge with my bank. The state of CA should not have this company listed on their website for an alternative. HORRIBLE.

My experience was the best. I was so concerned that there would be red tape to get to the results that I needed. But it wasnt.

If I could rate lower than 1 star I would.They took my $47 for a birth certificate back in June, I received an email confirmation but never heard from them again.
Shame on me, though, as I should have been more careful. I meant to use "VitalChek.com" and when I googled them this scam of a company dominated google searches.

I can not recommend this site at all! I never received my records. All I got was my money taken away. Do not use this company

HORRIBLE!!! I ordered birth certificates for my children and got confirmation in April. It is now September and We have yet to receive the birth certificates a call back or any further emails. We are out a little over $200 and are going through a different company. We will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and going to small claims court.

It was fast and easy to do on line. I received in about a week.

I had ordered two copies of my birth certificate almost a year ago. After the six weeks was up I inquired where my copies were and they sent me an additional form to fill out since I live in a private state. I did not see that form anywhere on their website so as soon as I received it I filled it out and sent it in the next da. I have also been in contact via phone and email. Many times when I have tried communicating via email the inbox was full, and the people over the phone could only see so much. I still have yet to receive my two copies of my birth certificate that I have already paid for. October will be a year.! Tomorrow I plan on mailing copies of my order, receipts, emails, etc. to hopefully expedite the process since I would like to get not only my personal information, but also something that I had already paid.

Easy process. Family member finally received their needed document and was as promised. Just takes patience to receive but when you contact them they are really nice and helpful.

I needed my birth certificate and marriage certificate using Vital records I was able to receive both in a very timely manner. Although I thought the price was a little higher than I expected.
