Proxies are not reachable

Purchased proxies aren't working from my machine or VPS without a VPN. Got working ones from support, but they didn't replace it in the dashboard. Will stick to other similar services instead

Affordable but unreliable in important projects – Issues with Delivery & Stability

First, I bought 200 proxies but didn’t receive them. Payment was taken, and after a few hours, I still hadn’t received the proxies. Later, when I bought them a second time, I did receive the proxies, but after a while, they stopped working, causing my scripts to crash. I told them this cost us hours of work, but nothing was offered in exchange—not even a small voucher.

The speed is also slightly lower than Smartproxy. With Smartproxy, I never had any issues. So, if you’re okay with dealing with occasional problems, this option is cheaper and might be worth it. But if you want a more stable and faster service, Smartproxy is the better choice, though it’s a bit more expensive.

What happened in your first purchase is actually a rare situation - sometimes while you’re completing payment, stock can sell out in the background. That’s why the order didn’t instantly deliver the first time, but worked smoothly on your second attempt once stock was available.

As for the downtime you experienced, we understand how disruptive that can be when you’re running scripts. Since then, we’ve invested a lot into improving reliability and stability, and I’m confident issues like this won’t happen again.

Works outside what it's advertised for, but frequent downtimes.

My current experience with Vital Proxies has been OK so far. Although Vital Proxies does not really promote itself outside of its use with social media and sneaker botting, it still works well for my use case (Roblox)... when the service is properly up and running.

The proxies often experience some pretty bad downtimes and timeouts. Although I have not yet opened a ticket to ask staff as to what's going on, my complaints have gone ignored in the support server's public chatroom.

The pricing is quite decent at $1.4 / 1GB usage for their cheapest plan.
