Late late late... On 5th day the package arrived (weekends excluded) Otherwise with the product itself im satisfied

The delivery arrived very quickly. Everything as ordered. The Swiss quality has been confirmed, at least as far as the bottles are concerned, since two cartons with different juices were not sealed, these bottles rolled around loosely in the carton, the carton was damaged from the outside (an indication of the resolute treatment); the 26 bottles arrived safe and sound. I look forward to the content!

There are many other sites who could have delivered my order within 5 days, so I´m not sure I will order again

Smooth process.
Got a mail that there will be a delay but the products came quickly anyway. After I revived the package I even got a 15% voucher for my next purchase as excuse for the delay (which was max. 1-2 days)

Not fast awful shipping. News to improve

There was a small delay in shipping (which i was notified about), but it was handled professionaly. I can recommend this site, as you always get what you want at competitive prices.

I ordered on December 23th and the delivery lasted around 3 weeks!
We were at home and the postman left the notice instead of rining the bell.
Packages are too big: Melatonin even doesn't cover the surface of the package and Vit D only needs 1/4 of the package. Why so much plastic?
Recommendation: buy 1 month in advance, it will take ages until you get your order.

The ordered product is good but I just cannot understand why the package has a size that could fit 50 packages instead of one. The product was not even in the middle of the box but in one corner. Such a waste. Please next time adjust the size of the box to the product.

when i picked up my packet delivered by post on 31 december 2020 ; (i had to go to pick it up myself , even if i was supposed to be delivered at home like anytime you buy and you give your home adresse as delivery adress) ; it was really in horrible state, the boxes of product opened, the powder everywhere, the capsules box opened,was just astonished. Don't you have experience in delivering to clients and to well prepare your packets.
In all cases ,that is the first time am buying from them even if i don't know the quality of your product and believe me it will the last time because i cannot accept the state in which i received the products.

i took photos of everything and sent immediatly an email to them and wating for their feedback.

no improvement since the last order. still the right hand doesn't no what the left hand is doing: 3 days after receiving an e-mail that the products have left the company, i received another mail that delivery might be postponed.
again no improvement with their financial service klarna: they send an invoice with a payment target even before delivery. i purchased the products on account! as a reminder, purchase on account means that i have a payment target of 14 days counted from delivery not from purchase.
the goods are ok.

Everything worked fine on vitafy‘s side.
Just the Austrian postal service needs a little pressure from vitafy. The delivery workers do not carry parcels, they just put notification bills into your mailbox and the customers have to fetch their deliveries themselves. Because of the lockdown and homeoffice we were at home when the postman „tried“ to deliver the parcel at our door.
