Needs work informing customer of order status
I placed my order via online May 25th (great prices) and my credit card was charged $133 IMMEDIATELY, lol, of course. I then received an email confirmation of my order. The next day, I received an email stating my order was being "processed". That was the last I had heard from the company. I called a week later asking about my order. The gal that answered knew nothing and said she would have another person in the Order Department call me. No call. Three days later, I called again and the girl was able to give me two tracking numbers. The first one said a label was created on June 3rd and didn't go any further after checking days later. The second tracking number said a label was created on the day I called on June 6th). I DID receive my order in full, all intact, with an invoice on June 9th Priority 3-day shipping. I guess I wouldn't have been so nervous and uptight about my order if VitaDocs would have sent an email confirmation of the progress of my order with USPS tracking. I can forgive a delay if I was notified instead of being left in the dark. No one knew why two labels were created or if my order was split up because of the two labels created. The negative feedback on this site didn't ease my anxiety, lol. I'm just pleased my order made it even though it took 16 days without a callback or further email notifications. I WILL order again but I'll make sure I allow enough time as to not run out of product. My recommendation would be to call for a tracking number a few days after placing your order. VitaDocs? Have tracking numbers available for your person that answers the phone. *Wink*

This company is not going to ship my purchased product and sending me false shipment information. Very upset with my order and no live customer support. Now I am going to file complaint with BBB.

Previously on 4/3/16: Made order last week (3/27/16). Appears to be sham: Sign#1. Received auto response but nothing since. Sign#2. Called customer service number and got an electronic voice advising me to leave a message and someone will call back.

Ordered same item twice, never received it, couldn't get response from customer service. I should have known from the excruciatingly slow website that something was wrong. Fortunately, AMEX is now refunding my charges and filing a dispute on my behalf. (Also, I suspect that the non-zero reviews on this page are not genuine.)

Avoid this company. I ordered an SI joint belt on 2/17/2016 online. I am still yet to receive it (today is 3/7/2016). Emails have gone unanswered, phone calls without resolution. They can't even track the order for me and did not send me a tracking email. Unprofessional.

Just like every other review, they are rippoff artists! They change the amount you are supposed to be charged, and they don't answer their voice mails or emails EVER!! ( of which I sent half a dozen of each) After weeks, they finally shipped a partial order, and the other part I was overcharged for. Now I am spending valuable time arguing with my bank over this, as these people can't be dealt with. Best advice....STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them. There are too many good, honest hardworking people out there! Find them!

The bad reviews are true. This is not a trustworthy retail site. They charged my credit card, but the product was never received. Pathetic that sites like this are not able to be shut down.

Unfortunately I placed an order on line with vitadocs.com for 2 supplements on Jan 15th and they charged my credit card on Jan 16th but I never received an email confirmation of the purchase or email about shipping and certainly NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCTS!!! They have a bogus 888-908-4548 which I've left numerous messages and never received a call back. I filed a complaint with BBB and disputed the chargers with my credit card company. Someone needs to do something to stop these thieves. Credit card companies should flag this company and won't let the charge go through at all!
Received wrong item
I have ordered from them in the past and everything was great. The shipping was a little slow, but the price was better than anywhere else.
I have since placed a second order and received the wrong items. I have tried several times to get ahold of someone but their voicemail keeps looping and bringing me back to the beginning. I have also left a message and have yet to receive a call back. I guess now I will have to start the process of getting the fees reversed on my credit card. I wish I would have read the other reviews before ordering from them again...
I think I have been scammed!
I placed an order Dec 2nd for a product my doctor feels may dramatically improve some miserable symptoms I am suffering from. I received a confirmation that my order was confirmed, but I have received no shipping information or product. No one answers the phone or returns my calls. I'm about to call my credit card company and try and get this marked as fraud!

twice i didn't receive my order
The 1st time I ordered 10 bottles of magnesium, I got 7 bottles. The post office said that they tried to send the other 3 with the same shipping label as the 1st package of 3.
I was desperate. I can't find "Standard Process Magnesium Lactate" anywhere. This company was still in business so I was hoping that it was an honest mistake. My money left the bank 8 days ago. there is a "pre-shipping" tracking number for a 2 day delivery, but it never reached the post office. I call and leave messages; no answer. I email support. I get a "your message will be handled in 1-3 business days" but nothing further. They have stolen $75 the 1st time and $250 the 2nd time. I know this sounds like I was stupid; in fact I am desperate. Do NOT spend your money here!

I had ordered a product from Vitadocs called Feline Whole Body Support, which is a supplement made by Standard Process. Vitadocs didn’t send me an e-mail receipt to confirm my order. I called the next day to confirm that my order was received, and it went straight to voicemail. I left a message, and my call was immediately returned by a man who identified himself as Tommy. He apologized that I didn’t get an e-mail receipt, and said that he would generate one for me right then, but I still never got one. This was on Friday, 10/30/15, and Tommy said that my order would ship on Monday, and that I would probably receive it by Wednesday or Thursday the following week. I felt like something didn’t seem quite right, and so I Google searched the company, and read everyone’s terrible anecdotes of not receiving their product, and not being issued refunds for orders cancelled. I also found the Standard Process website, where I learned that the Feline Whole Body Support supplement is really only meant to be sold through a set list of approved vendors. In other words, it’s basically for veterinary use only. Based on that information, I wondered, if Vitadocs isn’t getting this product straight from the manufacturer, then where the hell are they getting it? I decided that I didn’t trust it, and I called my veterinarian and ordered the product through her instead. On Monday, 11/2/15, I called Vitadocs again. Again, it went straight to voice mail, but I received an instant call back from the same individual I spoke to before. I told him that I wanted to cancel my order. He told me that it turned out they wouldn’t be able to fill my order anyway, because the product has been discontinued and they don’t make it anymore. Obviously, I knew that wasn’t true, but I can’t say for sure whether he lied, or he simply didn’t know what he was talking about. Three days later, my account was refunded, so at least I didn’t have to work too hard to get my money back.
Terrible Customer Service, will never use again
I ordered an item on September 8. I never received a confirmation for my order, so about a month later I checked online to see that it had been back-ordered. After realizing that this item is no longer available anywhere, I sent a message to them inquiring about it. I never heard back, so I called about 2 weeks later and got a message that their representatives were all on other calls, and to leave a message and they would return my call. I left a message and I requested that they call me back, and that they cancel my order. They never called me back, and my order was not canceled. It is now October 29, and I just sent my 3rd message. I expect that I won't get a response. This is not acceptable customer service, I will not purchase from this site again.
