Need something more functional
Disappointed with this product. I installed the showerhead filter and have been using it for less than 3 months. Firstly, I noticed that the water pressure decreased significantly once I installed the showerhead which was disappointing.
I just tried to change the filter. Opening the circular part of the showerhead proved to be impossible, and has been quite painful for my hands to even attempt this. Writing to the company, they have said that over time, this part of the showerhead can get stuck (but I'm trying to change the filter within the recommended 3 months of use). I can take it to their warehouse to open, but this is an inconvenience, and I don't want to have to do this every time it needs to be replaced.
On a positive note, I noticed that the water quality was improved after installation. But I do need something more user friendly for long term use.

Regarding the issue with opening the circular part of the showerhead, we understand that it can be a bit challenging sometimes, especially after some months of use. However, this problem is not due to a defect in the product. It’s a common situation we’ve encountered with other customers, where, over time, the part can get stuck due to mineral build-up or lack of regular cleaning. We offered you the option to hand in the product to our warehouse in Barcelona centre for a free inspection and replacement if necessary, but we understand this wasn't an option that worked for you.
While we cannot offer a refund in this case, as the product was used for several months, we are always happy to help resolve the issue. As we've mentioned, cleaning the showerhead regularly and following the steps we provided should prevent this from happening in the future. We’ve also explained exactly how to fix the problem and keep it functioning smoothly going forward.
