I got what I ordered
I got what I ordered. Didn't find a single dead worm, even though some time elapsed between ordering and packaging, and sending/receiving the package (bank holiday).

Hi Lisa,
Thank you for your review! In the past we packed the worms in boxes, but many heavy boxes were picked up there, so that the worms ended up between heavy boxes, with all the consequences that entailed. We have researched and consulted with customers and carriers and have come to the current way, more peat and in a different format so that the current packages cannot get between heavy boxes and are therefore not crushed.
