I honestly cannot thank Marketa and the team enough for the care and professionalism shown to both myself and Bella the other day.
Bella attended for a follow-up echocardiogram after previously being seen at a much larger referral practice regarding a heart murmur and sadly the start of heart disease. That experience was significantly more expensive and, if I’m honest, I was only really spoken to for around five minutes with very little explanation or follow-up afterwards. As a worried owner, I came away feeling quite underwhelmed. It felt more style over substance unfortunately.
Knowing Bella needed another review, I then came across Vista Vets and emailed over my concerns. From the start they were very helpful, reassuring and informative about what they could offer and, honestly, it turned out to be one of the best decisions.
The experience was the complete opposite.
Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly, and what really stood out to me was the level of medical knowledge and expertise throughout the appointment. Marketa was thorough, knowledgeable and reassuring, and it was very clear Bella was in experienced hands. I left feeling that the echocardiogram and findings had been carefully reviewed and properly explained rather than rushed through.
Considering Bella has the start of heart disease and a murmur, which is why these scans are so important to monitor her medication, the outcome was as positive as I could realistically hope for. It was incredibly reassuring to hear the medication is working well, and I left feeling genuinely relieved and supported, with a full explanation and report provided afterwards.
The service, communication and overall care received were fantastic and I genuinely would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you again for everything.
