Not possible to add NIF and difficult customer service
As a company in Portugal it is a requirement to add a NIF to invoice. The company NIF is stored in the vistaprint account details, along with the company name and address etc, so it should be easy to put on the invoice. When an order was placed, the NIF was not added to the invoice, making the accounting difficult. When contacted, Vistaprint refused to amend the invoice, and said that they are "not legally required" to do that. Regardless of whether they think they have an obligation, isn't it just good customer service to try and help?
EDIT: Vistaprint are still unwilling to put the NIF on the invoice. They say it is not possible, but my accountant disagrees. It is something that they update all the time. Anyway, thanks Vistaprint!

First pen order was a disaster
First pen order was a disaster, the print was completely messed up, but customer service quickly sent a corrected version.
Then I ordered a personalized notebook, which also turned out terribly, it arrived scratched, stained, etc. After that, I gave up and asked for a refund.

Would have been perfect, but...
It broke within an hour.
I made a lovely calendar, great quality, nice photos, really good software, everything was fine, speedy delivery, I hung it on the wall.
It fell off, ripped the paper. Totally useless.
Then I got an email from Vistaprint asking me to show them what happened and promising they'd see what they could do to fix it. So I sent them an email, with an attached video, and never heard back. So I guess my broken calendar will just have to stay broken.
UPDATE; they're sending a replacement. Not sure that's going to help, at least not in the sense that the design is fundamentally flawed, but it's a kind gesture nonetheless.

VistPrint Sucks
I ordered a small order of bumper stickers and was told delivery would be 10 days. On day 11, my order still showed "in progress" on their site so I called them. They said there was a delay in production but they were adding expedited shipping and the new deliver was 7 days later. 8 days later and order still shows in progress so I called again. Person said it's in progress, and doesn't show delay, even thought it ws past the delviery date. Then I get n email from the p[erson I was chatting with in customer service saying that they was an issue with bumpersticker prodcution going back7 weeks and there is a backlog of over 450 orders. That I may still get mine on time (which is impossible since the deadline already passed) and explaining that if I don't get it on time, I now know the reason. How TF does that help me? No new delivery date, not information about whether or not the production problem is fixed. I missed my deadline and they never called or emailed to let me know what the issue was. Will NEVER use VistaPrinta again. The worst.
UPDATE: their reply to this post is exactly what I was told by both customer support staff: “they are escalating and I will get the order as soon as it’s done”. But not date, no specificity, ability to commit to actually delivering my order. They have no idea where my order is in production and they don’t address that there was a 450 order backlog from April that I only found out about by contacting customer service. Otherwise, there would be no communication or update. The worst!
