I just had a callback trying to assist me in getting into my really really old account. It was not possible but for over 30 minutes he tried to look up 3 old emails associated with accounts etc. i think his name was Oscar. Personalised Mugs
The mugs arrived promptly [less than a week after I ordered them] and I am very happy with them.
Though I am disappointed that there is no way to identify which mug is which without opening the box first as I noticed the boxes had different numbers listed on the barcodes stuck to the box, I was hoping to avoid doing this as they are actually Christmas presents. I rang Customer Service hoping they could assist me after an extremely long-winded response, which began with them telling what I had ordered and then continued speaking in circles the answer was no they could not tell me which mug was in which box.

This was my first order with Vistaprint and I am thrilled with the result. Great quality personalised Christmas cards - produced and delivered quickly and a cheaper option than making my own photo cards. Thank you, Vista!
Buyer be ware! Check the "Free Delivery" claim... false.
My first order was ok. T shirts nicely printed. Happy with quality.
Now I wanted to up the order to get some T Shirts with my logo for Xmas. 12 in total. Not many.
You get a small discount for additional shirts ordered. Nice.
Order is now well over $79 minimum, so I qualify for free freight! But wait.... now I get stung with $20 bulky order charge???
I drop the order to just 5 T Shirts and still get stung with $20 bulky order charge.
Whats the point of purchasing more? How many T shirts constitutes a bulky order? 2?
Ditch the FREE FREIGHT flag and tell people before they get to the payment page.

Excellent customer service - there was an error with our order which we received an extremely timely response and solution too, thank you. I think the error was due to our mistake understanding the print/design, perhaps some clearer instructions on the design process could be helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to use again given the excellent response

I’ve been using Vistaprint for 15 years and they’ve never let me down!!
We used Vistaprint quite a few times in the past. Everything was excellent. The website was easy to use, the prices were affordable, and the quality of their products was exceptional.
Unfortunately, that changed. Vistaprint changed its technology, and its stickers are now of a subdued quality. They used to be nice and glossy, but not anymore.
I contacted their customer service many times. They sent me quite a few replacements, but the quality was always the same.
I asked them many times whether they had changed their technology, but they said "no".
I sent them back one of the old stickers and one of the new ones to compare the quality. They finally admitted that they now use different papers.
I hope they will return to the old paper and improve its quality to its previous level.

My experience talking to Christian Zeo E, was successful. He was super helpful and was able investigate why I hadn't recieved any status updates from my recent order and confirm my order was still being processed and on the way. He had to ask quite a few questions to get to the problem and was super patient and polite

This is the fifth year that I have ordered my own design wall calendar from Vista. The quality is great and the price was the same or less than last year. When ordering I could only get 25 or 50 but I wanted 30. No problem as I was able to phone and talk to a real person who changed my order to 30 on a Thursday. It was delivered on Monday.
When I requested a change to my order, the customer care specialist responded promptly, was polite and courteous, and made all of the necessary changes on my behalf. It is rare to experience good customer service these days, and it was most welcome.
Have used them before, but this time was a horrible experience, First order got stuck in a facility in Nebraska so Vista Print expedited another reorder. That one got lost and no one at customer service can find tracking. Ridiculous

Magnus was helpful, friendly and a very good communicator too! He listened to my issues, then helped me troubleshoot a printing design problem quickly and effectively. Before the call I was unsure about proceeding with my order of 37 calendars, during the phone call he enabled me to feel confident about the product I would be receiving and left me feeling very happy with the VistaPrint company as a whole.
