Vista print were so quick to respond to an issue I had with the print quality & offered to resolve it without any question. I was in correspondence with a wonderful customer care specialist who was amazing to be in contact with through this process! Amazing customer support and communication, both helping before ordering, and after my order arrived.
Before ordering I chatted with customer support concerned about how the “white layer” would affect the desired effect of my holographic stickers, however I may of misunderstood and interpreted the opposite as when my stickers arrived it was the opposite as what I was expecting.
Immediately getting in touch about my issue, they responded fast and offered solutions.
Appreciate the time and effort they put into supporting their customers and ensuring they get what was wanting, and while my order this time didn’t turn out as expected, my previous orders turned out great.

I had a great experience with Jonahleen who helped me in a flash highly recommend.

Paid extra for overnight delivery and received 2 1/2 days later, with mainly rough edges and many cards not cut very straight. Live and learn i guess is the expression and won't bother trying them again. And when they send an email to give them a review the submit button doesn't work - no doubt because they have something to stop it if you're leaving one or two stars.
And no you haven't sent any separate emails requesting further information to "better assist" me with this - that's clearly just something you say to try and make yourself look as though you care on here where people can't respond to your responses. Don't bother trying to make it right anyway as you've already shown your level ofd service.
