Refund does not cover the time and fuel wasted to fix their error
I ordered an ambidextrous cane, but received a right-handed one. The owner requested I hold the incorrect item for nearly a month due to his upcoming business trip. To return it before his departure, I drove to UPS, but the scan code provided by the company was invalid and could not be used. A refund for the item was issued, but it does not account for the time and fuel I spent attempting to return their incorrect shipment.
