cant be bothered

sent a request for a MRI scan ,letter sent from doctor, all confirmed and paid for , but still needed final confirmation from vista, on the day of supposed appointment told it was with triage and needed to wait and no idea when ,, with just a hour or so i told them its too late to get their and give full refund , they did this as time later but do not understand why they acted this way complete farce and did not care
