I have never dealt with a company with such incompetence and just a complete lack of interest in customer service. We had problems with the site not responding and then issues with the design team but thankfully I took photos of all communication and proofs and proof approvals and what was sent to us was completely missing design elements that we approved. When we sent emails with photos of what we approved and what we received we were told that because of our color choice (white)!the design just simply isn’t showing like the proof and we were just stuck with it. I have messaged the owner through LinkedIn and called and emailed several times with no response. We will be seeking help through our credit card company to dispute the charges. Stay away from this company with total
Incompetence and lack of caring what they send out the door.
Read the fine print. I used their shipping estimate tool to get my time sensitive project here by a certain date. However, the artwork, which I didn’t get back until after 4 o’clock, but 4 o’clock did not meet their deadline for that day. I did not notice that that changed the shipping date by three days because of the weekend. I was approving artwork, not a shipping date. But they got me and they got my money. I made my decision of even doing this project at all based on the shipping date that they first quoted me. And their customer service has been less than helpful through the whole project. They clearly don’t love their job. Or maybe they just have to deal with unhappy clients like me all day because of their loopholes. Who knows?
The product is of good quality. However, despite the order page stating that I would get the order by a certain date, I was asked to add a "rush charge" of $27 for delivery on that date. The representative clearly stated that the product was ready to be shipped, but was being held for shipment on the next day unless I paid this fee. This was not for a quick delivery service, as they used the same one-day shipping they use for all orders to my address, but rather because "the team needs to see this rush charge on the system" to release the product. When explaining that our order page did promise to have it delivered by a certain date, the representative said she had no access to this information as it was an online order.
Absolutely awful company. I have used many printing services in the past 20 years and I can tell you for certain, this company, Vispronet, is easily the WORST.
First, they're running a classic bait-and-switch scam where they advertise a low price on a product but then don't show you the shipping cost online when you're placing the order. Once you place the order, they send you a bill for a whopping amount for shipping. So they're just advertising a low price to bait people into placing an order, only to make it up on the shipping. Completely deceptive and probably illegal. Of course, when sham companies like this one pull this sort of scam, who do you call? The FBI? Your State Attorney General's office? Good luck with that.
I ordered a cardboard hanging sign...got an email telling me it would cost $108 to ship it from Pennsylvania to Florida. $108 to ship a piece of cardboard!
So I called Vispronet to inquire, and I got the rudest, nastiest, most hostile and unprofessional person possibly on the planet. She answered the phone, "Vispronet." No good morning, no name, no thank you for calling, not even a hello. So I started talking: "Um, I am calling about an order I placed. I received an..." and she cut me off: "Order number."
You know the type of person I'm talking about. Angry at the world because they have to, you know, go to work.
And now get this: They advertise 4.6 star service on their website with all these glowing reviews. The reviews are "certified" by some company called Yotpo. But here's the deal--Vispronet only sends you an invitation to leave a review if you say you had a positive experience. If you had a negative experience, they just don't send you an invitation to review. And there's no way to write a review on the website! So they're MANIPULATING the review system.
Absolute scam company. Stay far, far away.
Poor site functionality and clueless/hostile customer service. Have you ever wanted to order something where you provide every conceivable piece of information only to have the customer service agents mix everything up 5 times while being hostile because they are frustrated at their own incompetence? If so, Vispronet is the place to order from. They will make sure you feel like bashing your face into your keyboard with their inability to retain any information or follow simple instructions. They are the premiere you should probably spend your money elsewhere experience!
Can’t speak about the quality because I never got the product. What I can say is that they have a horrible customer service. I ordered a very important material for an event and called on the same day to make sure they had received my order. The event was going to be 10 days after the day I placed the order. I had an issue with approving the art right away (maybe my internet connection was the problem as I doentia their website using my mobile while in the car). But I only noticed that a couple of days later to see the status of the order and it said that I still needed to approve the art. It was midnight, so I freaked out then I approved a second time.
The next morning I called desperately to ask if we would still have time to receive it by my event and they told me the material was going to be shipped out that same day ( Monday) in a 3 day shipping. So I made sure to ask if I would get in by my event and even mentioned thAt if there was a risk of not being shipped out that day, I could pay a fee for a faster shipping, they told me I would get it on time.
A couple of days passed and tracking said they only shipped on Thursday, 3 days later then what I was told. I called UPS to try to chance the address of pick up so I can actually get it at ups but they didn’t have that option available under my request. I would have to call the shipper and and them for this favor. I did that and they weren’t not really interested on helping me out or at least apologized for the wrong information they gave me over the phone about my package being shipped out on Monday. If I ever knew my package would be shipped out on Thursday, I would have cancelled it he order right away.
But guess what, 2 of the customer services representatives hung up on me! What?? Who does that to a customer?? Of course I want to be heard and tell them that they customer service suck and gave me a complete wrong info… I call ups once again, since they were not really into help me, to see if there’s anything I could do to speed the delivery, UPS said they could ship out by 2pm on Saturday, right before my event. Then , out of a sudden I get the info that my package was sent back to the sender! I could t believe they did that without calling me ( they emailed me) but I didn’t see until later…. I am soooo pissed! This is the very first review I’ve ever sent in my life!! They really pissed me off by hanging up on me! So this review is very well deserved! Who hungs up the phone on a client, and twice, by two different people??? This is absurd!!! I really really wish the owner of this company see this review and talk with their employees.
Never did buy anything. I had them trying to design a breakaway banner for my team and finally gave up. It all looked so childish and elementary. I ended up designing it myself and using a Texas company. Poor design team
Absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I've truly never been treated as poorly as I am right now in fighting to get refunded for a mistake that THEY made. I'll be telling everybody who needs printing to avoid their company at all costs.
Ordered a magnetic sign for my 1927 Chevy truck for a Christmas parade. The customer service rep I dealt with was fantastic, the signs were delivered in a week and look great! I will definitely be using them again!
I have used Vispronet several times. The last time I used them, the colors were way off on the finished image. They would not accept any responsibility or do anything to compensate other than to say they would give me 20% off of a reprint. If you didn't print it right the first time, I am not going to spend more money for to not print it right the next time. The proof that I was sent and approved looked like it was supposed to look. I will be taking them off of my list of vendors.
I am not surprised at the negative reviews. I was referred to this company by a friend and spent decent time designing a pop up tent for my school's track team. I knew there was a 20% sale on "Super Tuesday" so attempted to make the purchase. That evening, I realized I needed to add the bag, but had a hard time adding it to my cart so I contacted customer service via chat. Turns out they close at 5 or so EST, but I noted in my message that I was still hoping to get the discount. I had my cc loaded up and ready to buy, but had to clear this up first. Reasonable, right?
The next day I contacted them again on chat and by phone and they refused to extend the discount, blaming me for not completing the purchase before they'd closed...again, there was no indication that they closed. Called a few times, messaged a few times, and the customer service was appallingly bad. I finally chatted with a manager of some sort who still refused to extend the sale. Incredible! All I wanted was to give them money(!!!), but I was working on a school budget and really needed that discount to fit in my budget. They called me unreasonable(?!?), even though I've got screenshots of all of our conversations.
At this point, even if the offer was extended, I would absolutely not order from this company. I'm sure their products are nice, but the customer service is so, so bad, they don't deserve a dime of my or your money.
Do not ever order from this company. First of all, the customer service rep. is extremely rude, and she has an " I'm right, your wrong" attitude. Who would keep someone there who talked to their customers like that?? That's the complete OPPOSITE of someone you would want working for your company! Obviously this company doesn't want to succeed and doesn't believe in "Best Practices". I ordered 2 mini- retractable banners and when I received the "proofs" online they looked like the picture that I sent in, but when I received them in the mail, they were completely DARK and unrecognizable!!! They were totallly useless! When I called she said I had to send her pictures, well of course your "iPhone" makes it look lighter, (but still looked DARK), and she wrote back and said "We noticed no difference and will not be able to assist you"!! Are you kidding me? I have now paid for 2 banners that I can't use and will sit in the corner of my office. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE and no way to run a business. Very disappointed in Vispronet. I will certainly be spreading the message about my experience.
My company placed an order to get marketing material for a huge event we were sponsoring and relied on Vispronet to get the items made and delivered per the promised time. We approved the proof they sent us as soon as we received it. There was an issue with 1 item. They said the resolution was too lower however after 4 attempts of having the resolution and dpi made over 800 per their standards they still gave us a warning saying the image would come out blurry if printed. I called the company to ask if we could pay to have them improve the resolution so it could be printed or have them remake it. The employee was incompetent and didn't understand our request. So I opened a chat online to speak with someone. They were then closed and I had to wait to receive an email when they were open again. Once I received the email to discuss the issue they said I could pay $30 extra for them to recreate the image. I agreed to do it but still needed to make sure they would deliver per the original promised date since we had the event coming up soon and had lost time due to this issue. They said I'd have to pay for 1 day shipping in order to receive it in time now. (which was the same cost of my order.) I thought this was ridiculous since I placed the order in time, uploaded 5 images to try resolving the issue, called them multiple times, created a chat online, & emailed them. Not 1 time did they take it upon their selves to suggest a way to resolve this in order for me to receive my order as promised. I asked Vispronet to refund the money for that item only and to continue with the rest of the order. I also inquired about the original promise day...I wanted to make sure I'd still receive everything in time. They said that since the image was not approved for this one item the rest of the items on the order were not made. ARE YOU SERIOUS?? I placed the order IN TIME. Approved the proof IN TIME and they said I won't receive it IN TIME!!! Then they canceled my whole order after I questioned why I wouldn't receive the rest of the order in time. I called to speak with a Manager since I felt the customer service I was receiving was poor and they were all in a meeting. I need the remainder items in 2 days. I will not find somewhere to get these things made and shipped in time! This is truly VERY POOR customer service! This is not how you handle business.
I'm not even sure where to start. The customer service here is SO horrible, you will wish you went somewhere else and spent TWICE as much. That's how I regret buying from here. The product was broken upon delivery and they refuse to fix it, or even let us return it to be fixed. The DO NOT CARE about you - trust me. Also NONE of the review options on their site work, This place is an absolute SCAM!!!
Do not order from this company! We own 4 brick and mortars, 3 brands, and 3 online stores. In the 15 years we have been in business, I have never experienced such horrific customer service. Kiersten hung up on me, was argumentative, and I even had to call her back and beg her to calm down. Not only did our order arrived a week late after paying forced to pay double for shipping costs, but it arrived to the wrong address in a different state (it was supposed to be shipped to IL and arrived in TX). Kiersten(their rude and inept customer service manager) required me to physically return the item to receive a refund, but being I am across the country it was not possible. I am no alerting anyone who is considering doing business with this company to stay away. In addition they use fraudulent review services (Site Jabber and Shopper Approved) to make it look like they offer quality customer service.
I had a designer create the design I wanted using Vispronet's template.
After much back and forth getting trying to get the system to accept it, I ended up emailing it to their customer service. Their customer uploaded it for me. One of their departments must have edited it because it came completely wrong. Completely!
Their response even though I have emails and time stamps of what I sent is, we can offer 50% off a reorder. Seriously mind blown that I spent over $1,000 for a custom tent and it came late and wrong. Buy somewhere else and save yourself a horrible experience.

Terrible! I just purchased a plastic 10X10 Tent roller case to protect my tent during shipment. I sent out to a trade show and one wheel broke off, sent back back to office the other wheel broke off.
