SIMPLE EASY TO USE. PEACE OF MIND
I had called numerous insurance agents to ask about coverage for my son, who lives abroad and who visits the US for about 6 weeks a year (split between two trips). He just turned 26, so he came off our insurance. A friend suggested your company. In literally less than an hour, I had full coverage for him for his planned trip home for the holidays at I think is a VERY reasonable price. VERY Easy to navigate the site. I had a question, so I called but was told all operators were busy and to leave a message. I did NOT leave a message, and figured everything out. After I was done (just a few minutes after) I actually got a call back asking if there was anything I needed. Already downloaded all the documents and are all set. Thanks so much for the peace of mind.

Good comparisons but glitchy website
it was good to be able to see multiple policies and compare. However the website was a bit glitchy and the drop down lists did not populate

The confirmation letter I received…
The confirmation letter I received after purchasing a policy on Oct. 4 did not have my correct address on it. Then when I replied to the email I got a vague non-response that did not address the concern. My call did not go through to the customer service number. I don’t know if I really have insurance at this point.
Update: Oct. 6: I called Generali Insurance and the agent I spoke with confirmed I have insurance and corrected my address. They also reviewed other data in my customer record to ensure it was complete and correct. I have no idea where the incorrect address came from and feel confident that I did not make a typo in entering my address on the application -- the address shown was a completely different address with the only similarity being my state. I hope that this may just be a minor system problem that you can correct so it will not happen again to someone else. It took a fair amount of time to call Generali and correct it. Also, I thought I was on the Generali website on Oct. 4. I did not realize I was on (or going through) Visitors Coverage, Inc. until after I had purchased the insurance. Next time I will ensure I am on the website for the Insurance Company. Thank you for your reply.
