The onboarding was straight forward and the software has all the features we were looking for. So far i can recommend the service and Marcel was always very attentive when there was a problem or a question.
Unforgettable experience, highly recommend walking tour at the beginning of the trip to Serbia and Belgrade. Thanks to Marko Rodic we have learned a lot about the fascinating history of this country and its capital. These three hours flew by very fast and we received great amount of information. The tour is not too long, not too short, the route is well thought through. Special Thank You to Marko, he shared with us his knowledge of the history and love and pride for his native country. Highly recommend.

The System is very easy to use but IT still needs some features:
1. Ability to upsell pets allowed
2. Ability to upsell breakfast
3. Automatically generated invoices
Not very big things but would be useful. Otherwise the system is great, we especially like the direct booking website.

Visitor is a great solution for us to provide multiple booking channel management with its multiple language and multiple currency integrations however still needs improvement in terms of number of languages and currencies it supports. However the team assured me these features are on the roadmap (great support btw).

Exactly what I was looking for. The channel manager and the front desk system are the best tools, for the website I’ll like just more editable options but not a big deal, they’re always improving everything and that’s what I appreciate.
