Santa never showed up. We had the time correct, translated it from Central time to ET. We waited for over 30 minutes watching the zoom screen which stated “please wait for the host to start your meeting”, and had all of the correct details of our meeting. All of the messages seem like they are system generated and this service seems like a scam. We have a very sad and disappointed 7 year old. And there is no one to get in touch with about what happened.

What an absolutely awesome experience for my kids (7 & 3.5). My husband and I keep marveling at how good Santa was with them! He's officially titled Best Santa Ever to us. So personal and respectful of the topics we wished to impart from Santa to our children about the meaning of Christmas. He answered some tough questions with total ease and creativity. My kids' wide eyes and giggles were such a gift to us. Truly thankful for the lasting magic those 10 minutes brought to our home this year.

This was the best Santa visit ever! My older kids were always terrified of visiting Santa in the mall but this was the perfect interaction for my toddlers! Once they warmed up they didn't want to stop talking. The Clauses were patient in dealing with 3 toddlers trying to talk all at once. Worth every penny! Thank you so much for making Christmas special for my little ones! Will be booking for next year too!

Even with technical difficulties on our part they made our experience one to remember and I can’t thank them enough.
This will definitely be a yearly tradition we continue as a family and I can’t recommend them enough!
They way they personalize the conversation and setting tailored to your kids is something I know my children will never forget.
Way better then just seeing Santa at a mall for a 30 second picture.

Omg! This blew out my expectations. Mr and Mrs Claus were the cutest things over. They engaged and kept talking while my kids were shy. They had amazing answers to everything. I’ll never go back to an in person Santa. Thank you for bringing joy to our lives this year. This zoom visit, made my kids day but it added as much joy to my day!!!

Santa was phenomenal! He engaged my 3yo in conversation (which is tricky to do via Zoom) and she loved it. It was magical! We are so happy we went with visitfromtheclauses.com. This Santa visit made Christmas!

My brother Josh is a disabled young man, and Santa was wonderful and patient. Josh wasn’t really into conversation, he just wanted to make sure he could see Santa and know that Santa knew his wish list. Santa totally went with the flow and honestly, we were very pleased. Josh was never stressed, and that means a lot.

Very personal and special interaction with Santa. Our daughter was too shy to get on screen, but Santa was great and rolled with it. Despite not actually talking to Santa, this 10 minute interaction is all she has talked about since.

I think the adults were just as pleased with the call as the kids! What a special treat during this crazy time of year. Thanks, Santa! This made our Christmas so special!

Mr and Mrs Clause were great. They were well prepared with the information I sent them on all the people on zoom. The kids were so excited to hear Santa knew all about them. They both played and looked amazing. I highly recommend their services.

We had the best time with Mr. and Mrs. Clause. They were amazing with the kids, kept them engaged till the very end. The kids were singing and talking about Santa after the call. Perfect one on one time with Santa, more personal and cozy than taking a picture at the mall. Like my grandson said...best Christmas Ever! Thank you for the great experience.

My niece enjoyed this so much she invited Santa to come to Disneyland with her at the end! Booking was fast, easy, and pricing was fair. Plus the little details meant the world to my niece who is still talking about how special her call with Santa was! Can't recommend highly enough!!

We had ALOT to talk about to save our little girls belief in Santa this year and they nailed all of the points! She is super excited and filled with the Christmas Spirit! Thank you, you sure made a difference in this little girls life <3

We were blown away by the attention to detail on our Santa call! He used every single piece of information I gave them and it was so special. My 6 year old's mouth almost hit the floor when Santa knew exactly what he and his brother wanted for Christmas and asked where our mischievous dog was at. It was so magical and special to watch. It was so much better than seeing Santa in person and didn't cost much more when you factor drive time, stress of lines and crowds, and the crazy amount they charge for photos. It's definitely a year we will never forget. The highlight to our holidays at home. The only thing that I noticed was the virtual background. It glitched a few times as they do, but it definitely wasn't a big deal and the boys probably didn't even notice it.

Absolutely amazing! The whole experience was magical. My five year old really, really believed he had a call with the Clauses! It was better than I could have expected or hoped for!

Absolutely wonderful experience for a 3 year old. Santa had some great standard questions for her but what I found amazing was his ability to understand her (not always the easiest) and incorporating what she said into his convo. For instance, she mentioned she has a tent in her room and he said, oh that's interesting we sleep in tents up here in the north pole. It blew her mind. Little things like that were really magical.
