I ordered a couple of XLR cables and a tracking number was promptly received, but apparently the parcel never got shipped, just pre-advised. I emailed back and forth but after two weeks stil no parcel got shipped, despite all kind promises and no explanation about why. Alas, after two weeks I canceled my order and received the refund quickly. For this I rate my experience with 1 star.
One monh a go, i placed an order fo 2 cables. Of course they took the money instant. On the 3rd of Feb they confirm is on the way. Today 27 of Feb i dont't have the cables.

I bought 2 pairs of 6.35mm (1/4") TRS balanced connectors for some new hi-fi equipment via Visiosound's Amazon store. The order was despatched quickly, arrived within a few days and was very well packaged.
The quality of the materials and construction is as good as I have seen on premium cables costing much, much more.
Good quality cable with a premium feel, robust connectors with a proper clamped strain relief and very good soldering with no flux residue left behind.
As good as it gets.
I ordered and paid for 2 cables and one arrived... now wasting time trying to contact them!
I've switched from Planet Waves cables to VisioSound, they are equally good in sound, cheaper and most importantly, more durable.
Planet Wave cables become faulty and unusable after a few months of use (around a month in the more extreme cases) - I've still got my first VisioSound cable 18 months after purchase and works as well as the day I bought it
Cables what I am ordering from this company are good quality for money. They work with PRO equipment with no noises from induction. When I installed them first time I had to ditch my older pro cables as older from well known supplier were source of problems. I'm really happy with price/ quality. Yes here are better cables but they are 4 times price of VisioSound
