I have owned the grill for six years
I have owned the grill for six years. The starter pocket deteriorated after three years and I cannot get a replacement part from the company. Customer support is horrible. I have been on the waitlist for the charcoal starter pocket for three years and have never received any indication that the part is in stock. I have tried to call the company and forwarded to voicemail. I have written emails to them and have never received a response. Please do yourself a favor and check on another brand.
