I’ve ordered the suit in November and since then I’ve already lost 25lbs. The suit is absolutely amazing and I would recommend it to anyone who doesn’t want to spend hours in the gym. 20 min twice a week that is all you need.

Purchased a suit and got it really fast almost in two days. My current size runs small because of my body shape. I had lost 110 pounds in the last year and purchased the suit to help tone parts of my body. I am exchanging for a size up and will post before and after photos after three months of use. Maybe if they let me keep the size down which is MM I may be able to show my body changes. I am exchanging for a ML.

I used to work out at a studio that offered EMS body systems, but unfortunately the location near my home closed. So, we decided to purchase the Vision Body for home use.

It did take a little time to arrive, but it’s been completely worth it—we love it. The workouts are quick, efficient, and incredibly effective. I’m already noticing muscle growth in a short amount of time!

While I had a slight blip in my relationship with VisionBody, the owner immediately got involved and fixed everything completely. It is an honorable company with good intentions and I stand by my highest possible recommendation of them and their products.

I’ve had my suit now for over a year. Although skeptical at first, I quickly learnt to love it and incorporate into my workout routine. Benefits frequently mentioned include the added efficiency of high intensity workouts and visible gains with shorter workout intervals. Personally, I more or less kept my workout lengths, but observed being able to maintain a higher workout intensity and still recover quickly. It’s almost as if the additional muscle stimulation helps maintain a higher workout intensity and at the same time can be used as a recovery tool. I use it also with lower intensity specifically for muscle groups and areas that show signs of inflammation and tendinitis. It’s a bit like the EMS units your PT puts on for recovery. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the suit. One additional mention is the excellent customer service. Very responsive and going out of their way to provide excellent customer service. As a busy entrepreneur and mom who already worked out regularly, what I appreciate most is how it saves time and accelerates results without any extra hassle. After having 2 babies, I was struggling to find time and energy for regular workouts with a 1 and 3 year old. The VisionBody EMS PowerSuit has been a game changer. In just 20 minute sessions, 2 times per week, I’ve felt my body get stronger and tighter so much faster than I expected. It fits perfectly into my busy mom life and takes away the stress of long workouts. I feel stronger, more confident, and able to keep up with my babies without feeling exhausted all the time. This has truly helped me get my body back quicker while still being present with my kids.

From when I ordered the suit until I received it was 4-1/2 months. I had two emails about the delay, promising delivery dates that we missed by lots. I've had some setup difficulties, they do not give you a phone number and you make an appointment to get a call back. The earliest call time is 4 days away - and all I need is login help!

A week later, I am upgrading the review from 1 star to 4. The company called me, fixed all my problems and sent me a replacement controller. They are a family owned company and do not have the resources of a big player. They seem to be good at responding to e-mails.

The rating also reflects my experience with the suit - it's great. I get a very good workout in half an hour, am very sore and have burned lots of calories.

I’ve been using Vision Body for four years and it’s been a life changer for me. I’ve bought them for many people my friends my kids my boyfriend because it’s a life changer. You get great Customer Service and the owners are wonderful people. I highly recommend this product.

I’m a 71 year old male and I’ve been using my Visionbody suit for three months. I’m very consistent, using it for upper body strength training on Monday and lower body strength training on Friday. I have seen significant increases in my strength over the three months and plan to use the suit for the rest of my life.

I have always been a person that consistently exercises. That said, I have had several age related aches and pains for some time. By using the suit, specifically set to the “strength” setting, the muscles supporting my hips and knees have strengthened to the point where they no longer ache. This is significant improvement in my quality of life.

I have been using the suit at the same time I am using conventional strength training equipment (dumbbells, functional trainer, etc.). The advantage of the suit is that I can use relatively low weights and still build significant, noticeable strength. For older people, such as myself, this is a game changer. I am stronger now than I have been in many years, even though I have been exercising consistently for 40 years.

The other aspect that I really like about the suit is that I use it at home. For us older people, the thought of going to the gym and being exposed to the viruses and bacteria there is not at all appealing.

As an aside, I've seen the reviews regarding wait times for shipment of the product. I also incurred a long wait, during the summer of 2025. Although frustrated by it, I found the wait worthwhile once I started using the suit.

I’ve owned an EMS suit for over two years, but didn’t use it consistently due to skin discomfort. I recently upgraded to the Visionbody 5.0, and the difference is huge. It finally feels the way I always expected an EMS suit to feel — smoother, more comfortable, and noticeably more effective. I’m already seeing changes within the first week.

I am currently experiencing a sizing issue, as the suit feels too tight and has left red marks, and I have been waiting for a resolution for over a week. Aside from this, the product itself has been excellent, and I’m excited to share before-and-after results soon. Overall, the 5.0 upgrade has been a big improvement and very promising.

I have to share of my great experience with this company! The suit is amazing!!! I wore it during kickboxing session (no contact with another person) and after the session run or while was walking the dog and my muscles were still warm. The effect is amazing!!! The customer service support is great, they do represent their product with pride and hold on their ethics. I did have to exchange the size and it was great experience as well. Highly recommend the product as what it offers and the company as what it stands for!

Shout-out to Kristina! After struggling for months with a torn muscle in my hip and a severe back injury, I honestly thought my training days were over. But the Ultimate System changed everything. It helped me activate my muscles again without putting pressure on my joints or back. The recovery has been incredible, and I can finally train safely and feel strong again. This suit gave me back my confidence and the motivation to keep going!

At first I was a bit frustrated because the delivery took longer than expected, but once I finally got my Ultimate System I understood why everyone talks about it. The quality is on another level. The power and speed of this suit are unbelievable, you feel every muscle working from the first session. After just one workout I could already tell this was worth every minute of waiting. Totally impressed and satisfied!

I love my Vision Body EMS suit. It has opened up a whole new world in my exercise routine. You can use it to amplify results in whatever you are currently doing. The large array of different programs is a plus as you can use it to recover as well. It has improved my strength, balance, and resilience and most of all my dancing. The only drawback is that sometimes my legs are too sore to do cardio so I have to skip a day or two.

Ordered this suit three months ago, with no suit in sight. All emails have come back with many reasons with why the suit has not shipped yet. At this point, if it is not shipped in the next week, i am going to cancel for the refund. Absolutely not worth being out so much money and then still needing to pay for gym memberships waiting for the dang thing to arrive. I had read the reviews here, and i saw that they responded saying that all their delays have been fixed, but it seems not so. I have seen on different forums that many are dealing with the delay, someone only just received the suit they ordered in June a few weeks ago! I would not recommend until they have their backlog cleared.

UPDATE: I received my suit a few weeks after the last review, and I had to change my rating, because it was absolutely worth the wait.

I was pretty strong muscle-wise before, but i have so much more definition now after using it twice a week for about a month and a half. I started out with really easy workouts from youtube until i got used to everything, and then i slowly started adding the weights back in. With how well it stimulates the muscles, i find that i only have to do half the amount of moves and half the amount of reps to get better results than before the suit. What used to be 30-45 minutes a day, 2 days a week for upper body and 2 days a week for lower body, i can now achieve in 2 20 minute sessions, doing both upper and lower body same day.

The delivery didn’t go as promised and honestly got me a bit worried!!! But the system itself is AMAZING. I love it so much, it’s so much fun to use and gives me the freedom to include it in all my training activities. It even makes me feel like a superhero when I put it on haha.

Before anything, delivery needs some improvement. My first order took a bit longer to arrive, but the second one came very fast. The PowerSuit is extremely comfortable, powerful, and intelligently designed. What really makes the difference is the amplitude modulation, you can feel how it activates the muscles in a more natural and effective way compared to any other system. This system is the real deal.

I’ve tried enough “biohacker toys” to know when something is hype versus something that actually earns a spot in my routine, and Visionbody honestly surprised me.

My biggest win was simple, time. I run a business, travel a lot, and trained for a Spartan Race while having a newborn at home, so long workouts just aren’t realistic for me. The dry suit feels way better than the old EMS systems I’ve tried, no cables or wet pads, just put it on and go.

It activated muscles I wasn’t hitting with regular training and didn’t bother my knees, which has always been a problem.

In two months I gained 8 points of skeletal muscle mass and dropped 10 points of body fat mass. Yes, I track everything. It doesn’t replace discipline, nutrition, or effort, but it definitely helps, and it delivers.

Overall, it made my training more efficient and helped my recovery, plus I can bring it with me when I travel, and that’s exactly what I needed. Happy with it so far.
