Worst service ever

On the day I moved in Switzerland having a midium class apartment booked for a month, having no contact from the company, after my intervention they cancelled my reservation due to overbooking. I was assured I will be given another apartment same class, but nobody contacted me. I went myself to the office but they said they have nothing to offer at once, so I needed to move and move and move again to much lower standatd 1room apartments in a cellar or at the attic instead of 2 rooms with a balcony. Being a new person in CH and waiting for most of the documents comming via post it was a nightmare. Moreover Visionapartments promised to pay my taxi from one place to another. They gave me a prepaid card for 20chf, that covered half way from the first place to another, but not the second move. My worst customer service experience ever. Not reliable at all. Stay away!

SCAM

SCAM - Complete mismatch with the photos and smells like mold! The only good thing is the location.The photos of the rooms on Booking.com have absolutely nothing to do with reality. The staff is extremely rude (if you can even find them). The rooms are actually incredibly old, very poorly furnished, and smell of dampness and mold. When you ask the reception why the apartment you rented through Booking.com looks nothing like the reality, they tell you that the photos are just for illustrative purposes and that it's Booking.com's fault, not theirs. HOWEVER, they immediately offer you a slightly better apartment/room for double the price. Don't be fooled - within a 100-meter radius, there are at least 4 other hotels with a much, much higher quality of service. These people are outright scammers and liars. *** SCAM ***

I recently stayed at VISIONAPARTMENTS…

I recently stayed at VISIONAPARTMENTS in Basel and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience.

The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the cleanliness was far below standard, with dusty surfaces, dirty walls, and even stained cups. To make matters worse, there was an unannounced party in the building on Saturday night that caused significant noise well past 11:00 PM.

What is most frustrating, however, is the management's response. I tried to call multiple times during my stay to resolve these issues or request a room change, but no one answered the phone.

Vision Apartments data breach

Please don't book at Vision Apartments. I booked a stay there and got a whatsapp message supposedly from their team asking for payment. The text looked authentic and had information that only could have come from my booking with Vision Apartments. Thankfully I didn't enter my details, however a month later and I'm still getting scam attempts. Strongly do not recommend, please don't book here. Vision apartments admitted data breach, but doing nothing to make it right.

FRAUD of Credit Card

I booked this accommodation via Booking.com. Around 30 minutes after the booking, I received a WhatsApp message containing a fraudulent link that led to a website perfectly imitating the Booking.com payment page.
The fake site even displayed my exact check-in and check-out dates, which was extremely concerning.

Had I entered my credit card details, my card would have been compromised. This completely destroyed my trust in the property, as the message was clearly a phishing attempt.

For personal safety reasons, I decided not to stay at the accommodation and immediately requested a cancellation. Despite involving Booking.com support and explaining the security issue, the property refused to cancel the booking.

I did not check in, did not stay at the property, and did not use any services. Nevertheless, the accommodation showed no willingness to resolve the situation after such a serious incident.

I strongly advise future guests to be cautious, especially regarding unexpected payment requests or external links sent via WhatsApp.

Vision Apartments Wolframplatz, Zurich

My husband and I booked a week's stay at Wolframplatz, Zurich. We have never booked anything other than hotels before, but we wanted a place with kitchenette to avoid dining out everyday, so we picked Vision Apts. The online booking was easy, the code worked right at 3pm, we were right beside the train, there is a gym in the building, the laundry had about 10 washers and dryers, the bathroom was big, everything we needed was provided in the little kitchenette, and the elevators and hallways were spotless and always smelled freshly cleaned. We were within walking of a small mall, grocery stores, sporting venues, hiking and parks. We will definitely re-book with Vision Apts if we travel to Europe again. Only (slight) drawbacks; the couch was not very comfortable, and the stove top kept shutting off while we were cooking.

Stay away - scummy and unethical company

I booked an apartment for a couple of nights, price was low for Zurich but didn't think much of it. Once I checked in my wife noticed that the toilet seat had some stains. She tried to clean it out but the stains stayed. We didn't think much of it beside the place needing more maintenance. Now after two weeks vision apartments is emailing me directly asking me to pay for the toilet seat for 295 francs!

If I could

If I could, I would give 0 stars, it is very loud, there are no employees in the whole house, there is a brothel on the ground floor, and cannabis is smoked everywhere, even in the room, never again, customer satisfaction is zero

Very stupid service

Very stupid service. The responses from their employees and managers are so rude. I hope no one really considers to stay in this hotel any further. I have made a booking and have not been able to travel. They wont refund the money at all. Anja Graf. I hope you see this message. Your employees are ruthless and no empathy towards the customer. I hope your business has more loss than you insure gains

Dirty, MOLD! Unfriendly staff. DONT BOOK HERE.

Dirty, unfriendly staff, too expensive for what you get.

Staff through ‘online checking’ incredibly rude. Don’t answer questions in time. Leave you hanging with the checking code that they don’t send in time. Don’t accept passports where information THEY DONT NEED NOT SHOULDNT ASK FOR UNDER EU LAW is blacked out. Don’t answer your emails.

Also, when we arrived they didn’t have the upgraded room I paid for available due to a double booking? They downgraded my room but didn’t give me any of my money back. I initially booked a room with lots of natural light and paid extra for this. The room we got was small and only had a tiny window. This is not acceptable if you don’t offer any restitution on the amount paid. We left early and couldn’t get breakfast (which was also paid for). They didn’t have the possibility to box a sandwhich or anything for us.

Lastly and most importantly the pool area is DISGUSTING. There are big patches of black mold everywhere around the water edge. Both in the pool as well as in the jacuzzi part. This must not have been cleaned in a year or so. Common guys, for this amount per night you can pay a cleaning lady for 2 hours max to clean this?

I would still like part of my money refunded for the room downgrade as well as for breakfast.

Disappointing!

Disappointing!
The apartments do not have air conditioning and it gets warm fast. You can open the window, and deal with the street noise.
The shower did not drain properly and I called customer service at least 4 times to get it fixed. I stayed for 3 nights and after many empty promises, nobody showed up to fix the problem.
The sheets were stained which makes me think cleanliness is not their top priority.
Vision apartments do not care about their guests, and I will not be using them again.

They made me pay for damage I did not cause.

I stayed for a week in a flat in Zurich. There was a broken ceramic toilet brush holder on my arrival, that I did not think much of. However after checking out, I received an invoice for 76 CHF. The customer support was not helpful at all, they repeated over and over again that according to their T&C's damages not reported within 3 days must be paid for. They did not comment on the fact that I did not break it, or attempted to help in any way. It turned the whole experience into a horrible one.

The sad thing is that I paid for a mistake made by their cleaning staff, they should have reported the damage (or maybe they made it, will never know).

Beside the false image of a luxury all…

Beside the false image of a luxury all inklusive business apartment Provider, the "customer service" proves massively questionable " service"

1. Sending double Codes to two different guests. While one Guest were harrasing the other.
2. Sending wrong Codes or Apartment Numbers.
3. Not nothing any Agreements taken, which ends up in 1 hours Phone calls , 3-5 Times, 30 E-Mails back and Forward

Damage of time for Work or private life, stealing time.
4.Not at all solution or business orientated, they prefer to trick and cheat instead of offering solutions and real service
5. Red Light clientel from bouth sides.
6. The worst " customer service" ever!

Old fashioned apartments in Zurich with the worst everything

Old fashioned apartments in Zurich , super expensive small and so humid with no ventilation at all and cheapest furniture plus bed right next to door , and the worst thing was shutters from the 70s that couldnt be opened.
Would never stay there again and advise anyone to look at other places, vision apartments are worst place i have ever had misfortune if staying. Never again

Would've been a decent place to stay, but turned out a pain

I stayed at Visionapartments Geneva Gare. It would have been a good place to stay, but I had a horrible experience in terms of security.

The room turned out ok. Cosy, clean, with comfy bed and a proper bathroom. Check-in was fully remote (via emails), with access code provided prior to arrival. The people I met at the reception (note that it doesn't work 24/7!) were cheerful and friendly - unlike those I exchanged emails with.
Free public transport tickets were supplied, as it is with all legal accommodations within the canton of Geneva. Perfect location, within minutes from the main (Cornavin) station on foot.

As for the outbalancing drawbacks, there came absurd policies, which violate not only the law but also common sense: I was forced to provide full, uncensored scans of our passports in order to be checked in, otherwise the booking would get cancelled. This is a dire violation of collecting minimum personal data principle and, obviously, a potential cyber security threat.
Furthermore, a day before my payment was processed, someone accessed the host's Booking.com profile and sent me a fraudulent message with a phishing link which could have stolen my credit card details had I not been vigilant.
A cherry on top is my post-booking experience. I requested an invoice via email, providing the exact data I needed as remarks on the document to have it settled. The customer service agent ignored me altogether and replied with a general invoice that their system generated and did not even bother to write "sorry, it's impossible" as if nothing had happened.

If only the company's policies were tad more reasonable, I would have gladly ranked it much higher...

Stealing and giving your data

Stealing, not thrust worthy and giving your personal data to third parts, whom they decline to say who is.

We, my boyfriend and I had an unforgettable experience with Visionsapartments, and it was not one of the good parts.

It all started when we had booked the place. They then started to ask us, for our personal data. They wanted this to be send over the net. We had naturally our worries with this part. We contacted a friend of ours, who is a lawyer that specializes in the GDPR law registration. After the talk with him, we were advised not to send our passport over the net - an item vision apartment kept asking for. This we declined. They send us their 23 pages long guideline, to calm us. It just got us more worried. In this it stated that they were allowed to sell/give our data to third part (which they are not, due to the EU GDPR laws). They responded to us, that they didn’t need to follow this law, since the apartments are in Switzerland. But since the company are run from Poland, they are working under EU law, as our lawyer also confirmed.

After some writing back and fourth, we said that we would be more then willing to show this document offline. This they accepted. But suddenly other id like drivers license were accepted. So we send that online instead. They accepted that part.

All good, we arrived to the apartment, where they requested, that we as guest should count literally every single spoon and all that there was in the apartment. No trace of any hospitality here.

The next morning we are going out and are coming back at 9 PM. ONLY to discover that our code for our rooms didn’t work. Us out of power on the phone, with no roaming are then going back to a local bar, where we were lucky enough to get some power.

Then we went back to the apartments, where the was a phone number we could call (an for us with no roaming expensive one) They claimed on the phone, that they didn’t receive the data on us. Which they did. The lady on the phone apologized and acknowledged, that they had the data and the data was correct. We for our own safety recorded this conversation. After the talk we were given access to our apartment again. But they in this way made us homeless in another country, stole our stuff and in no way did they try to make up for it. They made us look like criminals. But after this, we got in.

When we had to check out, the cleaning lady wanted to get acces more than 2 hours before the checkout.

We naturally contacted Booking.com with all this, but their hands where ties, as the vision apartments denied that any of this ever happened, even though that all the correspondence is there, that we we have the phone call recorded.

Since Vision apartments decided to lie about all of this, we decided to contact them ourself. They denied it all, and started shouting of us.

They don’t care about any clients, they don’t care about hospitality, they are not trustworthy, they are selling your personal date…..

Never ever book with this company!

Unfair payment request

Tried to book an apartment, providing a lot of personal data. When arriving to the payment page, they asked to me the complete payment of the stay for the reservation. I did not complete the procedure, nor I provided credit card, nor I provided bank account.
Now they ask the payment anyway.
Please, be careful.

Will cancel your booking few hours before your confirmed check-in time!

I had booked a 3 night stay and it was confirmed.
Been in contact with them through Booking.com, to ask about late check-out and to confirm our arrival time, even on the day of arrival I send the relevant information to get our check-in code, all was answered by Visonapartment staff. (hard to get in contact with at first, had to send two messages)

2 hours before we had to check in, while we was on our flight heading to Berlin, they cancelled our booking due to a "bug".. So when we landed in Berlin we didn't have any place to stay.
Two days later I get a message from Visionapartments that they can not host us tonight and that we can contact booking.com for a solution. Terrible service with such a late message from them!

I would never recommend to book this place, to anyone due to the risk of them cancelling your booking so close to your check-in.

I wont recommend that place at all

I wont recommend that place at all, especially Summer time. Super hot in the room, the window to open is so small that you cannot feel any new entering. Room has an ongoing smell at all time. Paintings super damaged, walls are dirty. View on a speed road which keeps a 24/7 noise. Missing items during the check-in, the follow-up on my mail has never been done despite several queries. No option given to park the car when they do the sanitization of the garage. No concrete indication to find the parking entrance at the check-in which results to hours on the phone to guide yourself. Missing parking ticket at the check-in which result in warning paper in your own parking slot! Pictures do not reflect at all the reality of the room. Thats honestly a very bad place to come to when moving-in to Zurich.
