The service is really dreadful
The service is really dreadful. By mistake, I received 2 boxes of 90 pcs, which is quite an amount to pay, and after whole day of negotiations, the company refused to exchange the order for a new prescription. It’s unbelievable!!!! I was not asking to do it for free. But, taking into account, that the one shipped, can’t be used as prescription is wrong, it’s really a very big amount to waste for no reason. Very disappointed in the service provided and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I would like to clear this situation up for our future customers. You signed up for a subscription meaning that your lenses are order and sent based off the amount of lenses you ordered first. This is written in our terms and conditions which was accepted when the first order was placed. Additionally to this we make it very easy for our clients to cancel/adjust their subscription at any point by simply sending us an email.
Seeing that we make sure to order lenses in good time to make sure you never run out of lenses we are not able to return our lenses to our supplier because they are ordered 1 month in advance.
Additionally we never able to finalize our negotiations as you did not give us a chance to explain ourselves properly before giving us a poor review. We are ver busy and have many tasks to do any takes time to answer every email from every client.
