An extremely professional, reliable and efficient service as usual from Adrienne and her team for my son's passport renewal. I had used Visa World in my work and extended their services to my family's requirements. They take the stress out of the whole process which is so helpful for working people short of time that do not have time to commute and queue up at the Passport office. Unbelievably my son's renewed passport arrived in 2 x days.

Adrienne and Russell were great they were always helpful and friendly and are well experienced in the Visa business. They made getting our Chinese visa really simple and no hanging around at the Visa centre, we were only there for 15 minutes!! The entire process took less than 2 weeks from filling out the online application to having our passports returned with our Chinese Visas

We have used Visa World for years at my company and they make the whole experience stress free. We were met at the Chinese Visa centre promptly and guided through the process. The passports arrive back with the Visas attached a few days later. Would recommend.

Excellent service from Russell and Adrienne
We were met at the Chinese visa centre - Russell was there early and got a ticket so we didn’t have to wait too long. He had extra copies of everything just in case and was helpful and knowledgeable. It was 100% worth using visa world. We thought we had done everything correctly yet would have still been sent away if Russell hadn’t been on it.
Russell went back to the visa centre and collected our passports so we didn’t have to rely on the Royal Mail.
Adrienne emailed as soon as they were back.
Adrienne answers any queries in a prompt and timely fashion and is highly organised.
