Even though the information I entered was correct (as shown in my confirmation email from them), when I checked the Visa, the information entered into the Visa was incorrect (missing spaces and incorrect capitalization).
When I contacted them, they responded that I had given them the wrong information and refused to refund, even though the Visa doesn't match the information I submitted on the confirmation.
AVOID!! They are NOT the official Turkey government website and refuse to be accountable for their errors.

I asked the website to issue my visa they withdrew the amount and issued my visa after 10 mins then i noticed that they are expensive than the usual price so i asked them for a refund they refunded the difference amount except the governmental cost for my visa.
They withdrew 138$
Then refunded 108$

For all legit info go to the country website for relevant and up to date info, register health gov and evisa gov. Please DO NOT FALL VICTIM. It's a BIG SCAM and stealing people's money.

I want to write this review just to clarify users who have "accidentally" completed their visa on this website:

- They are a service company, and at the bottom of the website they clarified that they are not affiliated with the Turkish government.
- The price is expensive (124 USD compared to 46.5 USD per person)
- However, they approve my visa in 5 minutes, which is exceptionally fast despite I choose the standard option for payment
- There is also a "travel health certificate" which you can fill out by yourself for free. If you want them to fill in for you, it is going to cost 29 USD extra per person.
- I checked the validity of my visa using the Turkish official government website. You can check via evisa.gov.tr using the reference number which is in your visa, and it appears. So that confirms that your visa is legit
- I gotta give them props for the website layout. Their layout does seem to be much nicer and easier to access compared to the official Turkish government website.

Overall, their service is expensive. But consider the official government website was very difficult for me to access from my location (even when I use VPN), and the 5 minute service they offered, it is more worthy for those who want to simplify their fill out process and need their visa ASAP. I just wish it was a bit cheaper.

Paid 120 euros for the e-visa. Applied on 3rd May 2022, and as of yet, still haven't received it. Tried contacting them on their phone but no response, and neither from their contact form. Do not use this site.

Update: I received the refund in a couple of days after I asked for it. So I guess it's a real company.

This site is set up to look like the official Turkish visa application service, but it is not. Was charged 78 Euros for a visa that is, in fact, free for South Africans. They do provide a visa but charge MUCH MORE than it really costs. You can DIY this visa through official channels and receive it within minutes.

I have repeatedly sent emails, and complaints, i have not heard back from them. they have taken my money, and issued no visa.

I am giving this page 3 because, they did refund my money so it is still a legit company.

Their page looks similar to the government site. This company is processing visa on behalf of the user but they charge too high. An evisa in turkey, costs 20 USD, but they are charging 90 USD if they process it for you. That is a huuuge mark up. I realized this after submitting a request. I felts fooled but after contacting the company, they refunded it immdetiately.

This website claims to issue eVisa for travel to Turkey. But it commits fraud and doesn't not disclose that its a just a travel agency. This website gives impression that is official website but this is NOT and charged me 131 Euro for which actual cost is just 37 Euros.
